One of the two items I ordered was incorrectly described in the on line catalogue. I wasted time and money on an item I didn't want. I don't think I will order much on-line because I need to see the item before I buy it. It's too costly to buy on line. Prices are usually the same as in the store or slightly cheaper, but shipping is very high and eliminates any savings and adds to the price. Then if the item isn't what you wanted, or is incorrect or doesn't fit or a myriad of problems that occur when you don't actually see, feel, try on,etc. the item, return shipping charges are incurred and it is really an expensive proposition. So far the only things I have been happy with were clothing purchases I made where I had seen the item in atore, but they were out of a color I wanted or I tried on a different color in the correct size and then ordered the size I needed that the store was out of, but since I tried on the item in another color, I knew it would fit. Almost all other purchases have proven to be a waste of time and money.

I was happy with the photo showing exactly what I was looking for and happy with the prompt shipping. Being able to include a personal note with my gift was excellant!!

Even with the shipping and handling added on, this was the best price that I could find for the Simone the Cat Clock. The product arrived exactly when stated that it would arrive in perfect condition. I am very happy with my experience with TableAndHome and would certainly purchase from them again.

We ordered the Curious George Plush a week before my son's first birthday, but since we didn't want almost as much as the purchase price for shipping, we got the least expensive, which could take up to two weeks. It got to us in less than five days, and that was from Seattle to Indianapolis.

These folks are undoubtedly the least stressful place I shop on the internet. I know whatever I order will be high quality merchandise, and I'll receive it in a very reasonable amount of time. I've ordered a variety of items from them in the past, and will continue to do so in the future.

Ordered about a dozen items. Never got them. Merchant cancelled the order after about 3 weeks, withou notifying me. Never responded to any emails during those three weeks or one after cancellation. Still have no idea why the order was cancelled by the merchant. Stay away from this merchant.

I ordered on 9/21/09 and have never received my order. When I tried to get on site I could not. I will never shop at this site again. I just recently cancelled my order and as of yet did not hear from them. The only response from them was item was back ordered but no one emailed me to let me know this until I emailed them. There seemed to be some problem with the site also when I tried to email them again.

My Mother's Day present was easy to order, the price was right (including free shipping and no taxes), tracking info was sent to me, the delivery was on time, and my mother loved the gift! Glad I used them.

I placed my order online at 2:00 in the morning on the 26th. My order was processed and shipped by 2:50 pm also on the 26th and was delivered to my office by noon on the 27th. It arrived several days before I had expected it to and I did not request expedited service or shipping.
TableandHome.com's customer service is outstanding and obviously well organize to process orders quickly.
