I placed an order for a 10-pack of vacuum bags. The order ships and I get a confirmation email. 3 weeks later, the order has not been received and the tracking number shows that the bags were last seen at the USPS. Mail can get lost, I accept that ...

Best Price and Fast Shipping!

GoVacuum.com offered the Dyson at the lowest price on the net or anywhere in town. I loved the free shipping and additional savings on sales tax as well - total savings was around $100. I ordered my vacuum on a Sunday and received it on the following Friday. I was so pleased to get it so quickly! It arrived well packaged and was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this merchant.

crapy,slow. and down right ugly

Well its been over two weeks since I ordered my product. Sent in an email was told it was going to ship yesterday.. it didn't. So today I called them only to be told that they would get it out today...again they didn't ship it .. Was told the delay was due to the fact they moved and they didn't bother to notify about this delay over thanksgiving(aparently it effects order prior too...). Either way I have yet to see a change in my order and I will be calling them again tomorrow. This place is crap and to the point in getting my money back and going elsewhere. I know this was supposedly because they moved.. OK, but to be lied to by 2 people is what does this so called "company" in. They dont offer any way to even track your status on their site or allow an account to allow this . If you delete your email there is no way for you to follow your order status.. Even though my status never has changed and for their holiday excuse to be legit I would of had to ordered after thankgiving to it to be effected.

Order placed on January 9th. Nothing received by 24th. Called and was told product had just arrived and would be shipped out Monday. Their own website states "We don't charge your credit card until your shipment is labelled and ready for shipment." My card was charged on the 9th, the day I placed my order, when, by their own admission, they did not even have my product in stock. They said they had printed my label, even though the supplier was out of stock, and so they billed me that day! They insisted this was not inconsistent with their stated policy!
I still do not have my order.
I would not trust these people. I guess I will have to use my credit card company to get my money back.

Great service! I was extremely pleased by the free shipping and the price, plus, when the Dyson Animal was out of stock, they offered me an upgrade to the Dyson Full Gear vacuum at the price of the Animal. It arrived a day later. Very pleased!

Bait and switch is the business of this shoddy retailer. The shopping.com advertised price is $50 less for the Hoover c-1830 vacuum than the price they were willing to sell for when you try to place the order. Also, they only answered 1 of 3 emails and customer service gets a recording most of the times I tried during the day. They would not give out contact info for the owner. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Horrible experience. Received shipping notification of items that *were not* shipped! Store made no attempts via email or phone to alert me of the error. I myself had to call them to verify the order. Turns out item was backordered, no other shipping notification would be issued (in their words "one was already sent"!! but items were not, ???, huh?) and no tracking number would be provided. I asked to cancel the order and they refused to provide me with an email confirmation of the cancellation. So right now, I am hoping my refund will actually come through. Oh yeah, I got "disconnected" after expressing I would rather have the cancellation...

VERY BAD! The item I ordered was not received within the time frame stated. When I called to inquire, the individual who received the call stated he would check into it and return my call the following day. He did not return my call, and when I called a second time I was told the item was no longer available. He then hung up on me. Very unreliable. Very rude. Poor service all the way around.

I bought Cheetah ash vacuum, and received it two weeks ago. It came four days from the date of my order which is normal shipping and I wouldn't complain about it.
What bother me is their website promised to send me a free gift (handheld vacuum) with $150 purchase while stock last. They said they would send it out with my order. I received my order without the free gift they promised. So I assumed they had run out of stock. Today, I was visited their website looking for vacuum attachment, wait a minute! the website still said free gift with $150 purchase! If they still offer a free gift today, why I didn't received my free gift two weeks ago?
So I called them today. The guy I was talking to promise to send my free gift right away.
Today I found out another website is offering 10 years free motor warranty, and 2% cash back if you pay with PayPal, the price is the same. Govacuum only offer 1 year warranty and 1% cash back.
I wrote this review to share my experience with other viewer.

Substituted an inferior replacement on their own initiative rather than lose a sale (Hoover G bag -- which appears to hold 1/3-1/4 as much). H bag is apparently discontinued but they shouldn't still advertise it on their site if they don't have it. Subsequently, vacuums24x7.com got me twice as many H bags for the same price by 2-day USPS.

After ordering the bags online, I thought they would be shipped within a few days. However, it was several weeks before they shipped the product. I ordered the bags on June 15th and received the bags in the middle of the week of July 4th. After calling customer service and inquiring about my order, they explained the situation that they only ship on a certain day and that I had to wait a few days before shipment. Overall, the experience was good - just took longer than I expected - though there wasn't really a desperate need to have the bags any sooner.

The item was listed as in stock. When the order was placed, it was not clear that it was out of stock permanently (no longer being made). A follow-up e-mail yielded a promise to find some product, but nothing has materialized. The item is STILL listed on the web site as in stock.
