I was very happy with my order. Printer was priced better than anyone and came within a couple of days. I did a lot of research on them before buying and did call customer service once. They were able to help me out a lot. They have nearly all good reviews on every review site I could find. I thought that was pretty good and I think that they must be doing something right. I did buy an 'off lease certified' printer. I wasn't really clear on what it was but they explained it to me and the machine works/looks great. Very pleased with the experience overall. I would definitely recommend them to people who don't know a lot about printers. Just call the customer service line on there website and they (it seems) can help with your misunderstanding like they did mine.
