Extremely poor customer service and communication. I ordered a ring 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. They didn't tell me it was backordered until 2 days after placing my online order, and at that time I was told it would ship in 2 weeks or less--needless to say, it didn't come. I called and was told 7-10 more days, OK--so I waited 14 days and called AGAIN, only to be told it would probably be another week! Mind you, had I not contacted them regarding the status, I would not have known any of this! Very poor customer service attitude--basically just "Oh well, when we get it in, we'll ship it". Will never shop there again!

After some very disappointing experiences with some other places, we ordered a ring from Heavenly Treasures to use as my wedding ring. We received great customer service from these folks. They e-mailed us to let us know there was a problem with the shipping address we gave them, they helped us straighten that out, and they double checked that the ring was in stock before I got off the phone with them, so that I would know exactly when it would arrive. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and sweet. When the ring did arrive (on time!), it was exactly as pictured and described on their website, was nicely packaged, and I am extremely happy with it.

I found a neckless at heavenlytreasures.com, and ordered it.  I then spoke to customer service and was told delivery would be in 5-7 days.

however, 4 days later, the item still had not shipped. 

I spoke to customer service agian, and was now told it would arrive at heavenlytreasures in 7 days.  deliver would be another 5-7 days

I asked for next day shippment, since they promised me delivery, no dice.  they cancelled my order.  (I found it on ebay for less).

Delivery speed - out of this world. Received item in one day. Satisfied with purchase of earrings. Previously ordered lady bug earrings and also extremely satisfied.
