Horrible customer service - poor representation of products.

Homeclick is horrible to do business with. I returned a sink because it was a completely different color than what was represented on their web site. I sent them a picture of what appeared on their website and a picture of the actual product I received. Two of their customer service people agreed (there was a defect). They agreed the sink I received was orange and that the picture on their site was brown and gold. They still charged me a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. Not only that...it was a hassle to return the product to them.
I shop online all the time. I've never had an experience quite as bad as this one. I will never do business with them again.
Did I mention that Homeclick is horrible to do business with.

Very Dissatisfied Customer

I ordered a designer toilet (Toto) from Homeclick and was told it was in stock and would be delivered in 4 days. 10 days later the tank and seat showed up. I called and was told that the bowl was shipping separately and would ship that day. One more week and no bowl. I called back and was told it was backorderd and would take 4-6 weeks for delivery!?!?
If you order from this place BEWARE and be patient. They don't seem to know what is in stock or not and were not very willing to do anything at all to accommodate their error. I had to return the entire order and purchase locally.

Charged my credit card over $800.00 the day I placed the order and a month later, the “in-stock” product hadn’t shipped. Took them 11 days to answer my email to tell me the product would not ship for another two weeks.

Delivered a broken $6,000 Liebherr refrigerator and are taking no responsibility whatsoever

We have been doing a major renovation on our house and purchased a $6,000 Liebherr refrigerator. The box sat on site for a few weeks before being opened at which point it was clear that it was completely damaged. We called Homeclick and were told that there was nothing they could do to fix or replace the damaged unit. We have called a number of times and are told the same thing each time "im sorry, but there is nothing we can do" . Now we are stuck with a unit that has smashed up shelving and doors - in the process of dealing with a consumer advocacy lawyer. We will NEVER shop here again.

I had ordered a floating swimsuit for my son to take on our vacation. The price at this store was 30 dollars cheaper than anywhere else. They told me it should arrive in about 5 days. When I checked on the order status it said that the shipment had been delayed. When I called customer service they told me that the item was allocated for shipment and that it would ship out in 1-2 days. One week later and 2 weeks since originally placing the order it still had not shipped. I called customer service 3 or 4 different times and they all told me that my order was allocated for shipment and should ship in 1-2 days. When i finally called spoke with a supervisor she called the warehouse and she told me that they did not even have the item in stock. She said that they had known this all this time but the other people i had talked to had not told me this. I will never order from this site again.

I have ordered several pieces of Dansk flatware. They charged my account after 6 days. Their add says one week lead time. After two weeks, I inquired about the status of my order and they said two to three weeks. It has now been nearly a month and they have not responded to three other E-mails. I had decided that this was a scam. I am, however, glad to see that some other people actually received their products. I would rate this company the poorest that I have ever used on the net. I will never use them again.

Horrible delivery timeframe, horrible customer service

HomeClick.com is the worst vendor or website that I have ever dealt with in my life. After ordering two bathroom cabinets and have the shipment delayed twice (going from two weeks to six weeks for delivery), one of the units arrived with a broken mirror.
Per their policy I notified "CustomerService@homeclick.com" of the damaged goods received and never heard back from them. I followed up asking for an RMA, per the CC company and big surprise, I never heard from anyone.
This company needs to be put out of business and recognized for the complete failure that it is. Don't purchase anything from them, you will regret it.

My one experience with HomeClick was good

I ordered sterling silver from HomeClick and needed it air freighted to me overnight. They contacted the manufacturer to see if it could be done and got back with me right away. I ordered the silver, it came very quickly except a back-ordered gravy ladle. It took forever to get the gravy ladle with a few emails to the customer service department. Customer service was reasonably efficient in getting with the manufacturer and giving me revised ship dates. I have no reason to believe that the information wasn't coming from the manufacturer, but they were very bad about honoring the ship dates that they provided on the back order. I didn't feel like that was under HomeClick's control. The customer service department did stay in contact with me and emailed me a tracking number once the ladle was sent. My overall experience with them was very good.

Prices are good, but service is not. One item arrived very quickly and without problems. The other was supposed to ship in 3-4 weeks, but after 47 days there is no sign of it. I spent 20 minutes waiting for customer service on the telephone, only to be cut off when I was the next customer. I then spent 30 minutes on another line, was transferred to another where I waited a further 10 minutes, and was then told that the goods were not in, that "my lighting department" would e mail me within 24 hours, and that the lights were to be shipped to them first and then out to me. That sounds unpromising. I wait to hear more.

Great Prices and a positive shopping experience!

I was nervous about ordering anything from HomeClick.Com after reading all the negative reviews on this website. Nevertheless, I held my breath and ordered a Toto toilet because HomeClick.Com beat everyone else on price by a wide margin. They also offered free shipping. Since they didn't have my color in stock, the website said it would take 3-4 weeks. It arrived under the four week mark very well packaged and in perfect shape. I probably saved well over seventy dollars on this purchase by using HomeClick.Com. I will use them again because of the great prices and the positive experience I had with them.

I recently purchased a large amount of items from homeclick.com for a remodel of my house. The products were excellent, the prices were the best I could find, and they came on time. The sales staff was extremely helpful, and customer service did a good job with follow up. This company truly does stand apart from many of the other online retailers, and I will continue to purchase from them for future needs

Do not order from HomeClick if you need something quickly. My items were not scheduled to ship until 2.5 weeks after I ordered them. I need the items this week. As soon as I received the email with this lengthy timeframe for delivery I called to cancel the order. I was told it was too late to cancel the order because the shipping is "in process" even though my order is not scheduled to ship for another 2 weeks! Customer service was not helpful at all (and they say customer service is their #1 priority!). What a joke.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Purchased a rug on 11/13/06. My card was charged $990 immediately. The rug was supposed to ship by 11/27. Today is 12/20/06 - no communication - can't get anyone to answer an e-mail, customer service is useless. I've called twice and all they say we'll get back to you - that was two weeks ago!! I've done A LOT of on-line shopping. HomeClick has been an utter disappointment!! They won't be in business long with this type of service. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!!!

I placed order and then read reviews because they were way cheaper on 3 chandelier globes I ordered ($168 vs $227 at local authorized dealer) Got a ship date a couple of weeks out. I wasnt in a hurry no problem but negitive reviews were haunting me so I called and talked to customer service. Polite on phone offered to cancel order with no hassle if I wished. Gave me a firm date that I could expect order. I let it ride, about 5 days before firm arrival date got another Email saying it was pushed back a couple of weeks. OH NO! RED FLAG! Called local dealer and asked how long it would take them to get, they told me 3 weeks. I was already 3 1/2 weeks into this so I thought I would let it ride a bit longer. The next day received shipping notice from UPS and received globes 1 day later than their original delivery date.

Please be aware of the slow delivery time of Homeclick.com. I made a $212.24 purchase on August 17, 2008 for Mikassa dinnerware. As of today, September 11, 2008 I still have not received my merchandise. My credit card has been charged and I have paid the September statement. I did call the comapny and the expected delivery will be September 21, 2008. I was told that it was the policy of the company to charge the customer immediately even if there is a delay in shipping their merchandise. No other assistance was offered. I also sent an email to customer service and have not had a response from them. I will no longer order from them, it is not worth the savings. Customer service is not their strong suit. Hopefully my items that I ordered will be received complete and not damaged. I don't know how they will stand behind damaged or unsatisfacory items. I wish I had researched the company before I placed the order. Hopefully this will help other consumers be well informed about Homeclicks policy and customer assistance.

Best prices on entire internet on certain items. However, I've been trying to purchase more items, but am unable to get Homeclick.com to reply with a quote. On the previous 2 orders as referenced above, there were 12 boxes for all the pieces. 10 of the 12 pieces have been received as of 3/13.

I emailed them the day I received one of my items to tell them that it was possibly missing pieces and that the item was not what we wanted and I am still waiting to hear back 4 days later. Also, the item in question was supposed to be a hot and cold water tap and it is only a cold water tap. Their website did not indicate this.
