I ordered a chocolate fondue. What I received was not the one I ordered and I am still trying to return it without incurring the 25% restocking charge. I do not believe I should pay it because I wasn't shipped what was pictured, what I believed I was buying and should receive. This has been a terrible experience and I will never order from HOMECLICK again.

Easy to navigate website, good selection of accessories for the product we purchased. The order was missing some parts (felt like it was a small box that didn't ship with the larger order). Missing parts arrived in a week and a half (with a holiday in there).

1) My order was not shipped as ordered.
2) A vital part is missing.
3) It took twenty minutes on hold to speak with a customer service rep. who couldn't give me any information that was helpful.
4) Two days later and I still don't know when the part is shipping.
5) Homeclick lowered the price of the item on the web site after I ordered it.
6) I sent an email to Homeclick and I have not yet received a reply (24 hours ago).
7) The trucking company did not send the product on a lift gate truck. The driver and myself had to lift a 300 pound crate off the truck. The shipping receipt showed the item should be delivered in a lift gate truck.
