The merchandise was good but the shipping was extremely poor. It was not well packaged. When I saw the box I was afraid that the bowls were broken. Thank goodness they were not broken but I would not tempt fate a second time for the cost of the merchandise.

I ordered 5 items from them worth over $400. 10 days after I placed the order and they charged my credit card, they send me a notice stating that 2 of the items have been discontinued and that my credit card will be credited. Why did it take 10 days? why were discontinued items still on the web?

This is my second purchase at Homeclick.com I am still awaiting shipment of a Toto brand toilet, which is still 4 weeks out. The toilet seat I ordered was in stock and arrived within the estimated time frame. My first order about 5 years ago, a kitchen sink arrived on time.

It took a year to be able to return a toilet that was shipped to me in the wrong color. Then, instead of a refund, I get a gift certificate so I can shop there again. Yipee. I have ordered (and am still waiting for) china with my gift certificate. I am just grateful I already have dishes to eat off of and am not on a deadline with this order. I would NEVER, EVER buy another item from Homeclick unless I had money to throw away and the desire for a HUGE headache. MANY other online shopping experiences are available with much less hassle. Homeclick needs to manage its customer service issues.

2 days after I placed the order (at night) I received an email saying it had shipped and the same day a voicemail from the shipping company asking when they could deliver it as it was already in the local area. Outstanding delivery speed, and great prices! (And a website that works!)
