Extremely slow delivery, dishonest about delivery time, refuse to allow you to cancel the order when they cannot deliver when promised. Customer service has very limited hours and they can't do much for you anyway.

The lead time is not easily found, after ordering I found that my order would not even be shipped for 3-5 weeks, and that they charged my card as soon as I placed the order. Will not do business like this again, I dont care how hard an item is to find.
I wouldnt recommend this site if you want something in a timely manner. And I dont like to borrow MY money to other companies while they take their sweet ole time sending me what Ive already paid for. Not good business.
Id of been better off running all over town to find what I was looking for. They need to make this lead time problem more visable for the people shopping on their site.

I was reluctant to deal with Homeclick after I read some of these reviews, but the price on an LG refrigerator (with free shipping) was too good to pass up, so I took a chance. The service was outstanding. Fast confirmation and delivery, cooperative when a replacement part was needed, and the missing part (lost in transit) was shipped immediately. I strongly recommend Homeclick -- at least my experience was painless and satisfying. And I saved huge money.

I ordered 8 bowls from homeclick approximately 3/9/2006. It is now 6/17/2006 and while they have had my money all this time I have had NO sign of my bowls. Repeated inquiries to customer service have provided no real estimates of when I can expect my bowls. Each time I get the "3-4" week estimate - that is when they choose to answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE - THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE! Pay a little more for someone who will deliver!

I have ordered on 2 separate occasions and both times I have been given a shipping date. The day before my item is set to ship I received an automated email saying the shipping has been delayed and there is no estimated arrival date. When I called, the customer service rep stated that the item was shipping from the manufacturer and that they don't have any idea when it will ship and that I should call back in a few weeks....a few weeks!! Broken promises are unacceptable...TWICE! I am yet to receive my items so I cannot review the quality...maybe I will review in a few weeks.....ha!

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews prior to ordering some very aggressively priced fixtures. I tried to cancel the order that I placed Saturday night first thing Monday morning, but was advised it had already shipped (?). Anyway, I was pretty nervous, but here I am less than two weeks later, and everything was shipped exactly as I ordered it, and in perfect condition.

Decent prices but NOT worth it considering the delivery nightmare! I was given a date for shipping in an e-mail...didn't actually ship till three days later. I was called and given a four hour delivery window which I took time off for. I am still waiting three hours after the end of their delivery window. Supposedly they will be here in a half hour...we'll see. When I tried to contact homeclick customer service, they are closed so I can't talk to someone about the extremely horrible shipping issue.

They are just awful. I ordered something on January 15th and it said two weeks delivery. It is now March 15th and I still have not received the item. They are just a reseller -- so all they do is take your order and then order it themselves.
Also, they receive their materials in a warehouse that is not built for speed. I was told that the 1 part of my order that actually showed up that I would have to wait because it was on a "palette". Really, what they are saying is the warehouse people don't feel like taking in the product they received and shipping it out to their customers. Not exactly what you would expect after waiting months for something that was never a "backorder" item.
While the customer service people are very nice, there is nothing they can do to help.
Also, on the front end the Homeclick team did not even order the correct product initially, so what should take 1 month (even though they don't state that), takes literally months.
Be warned. Its not worth the lower price.

Call about lead time for delivery. The web site said 1-2 weeks delivery and it is now six weeks and I still don't have my order. Customer service said my items have finally arrived from the manufacturer and are somewhere in the huge warehouse but they can not locate them. They might be to me in a week or so. Just what I want to hear!!

Easy to order, horrible to get service. I was promised in stock items. They were not in stock. Worse, they shipped one bathroom vanity fixture and back ordered the other. When the second one finally arrived three weeks after the first fixture everything seemed Ok until my electrician came to install them and they were two different fixtures. Anyone have time to be on hold with customer service for two hours? I don't. Don't buy from homeclick.com. Spend your money anywhere else.

Great selection, knowledgeable sales people. I ordered a high-end espresso machine from them, did a lot of research online and found that Homeclick had the best price and most selection. When I asked the sales person more detailed questions than she was ready to answer I even spoke to the merchant who was great, Joseph. My order was delivered early and LOVE the product

I ordered a Bosch free standing gas range on 7/4. Everything was fast, smooth. Accurate ordering process, item was in stock, my order was confirmed immediately, access to my order was easy via HomeClick.com. website, shipment tracking was provided via email, delivery via curbside service was fast, efficient, and arranged at my convenience (through the local delivery company). The range arrived in excellent condition.
HomeClick.com had what I wanted when I wanted it a price I couldn't pass up, and free delivery was the icing on the cake. The price I paid for the range was less than the model sold locally without the convection oven feature. Can't beat that!
I would highly recommend HomeClick.com for your home shopping needs - the appliance selection and models available are better than what I can find locally.

I was told my item was in stock and would ship in ten days or less. Then two weeks later and no communication, a reply to my emails was made only after threatening to contact my credit card company.Then they told me it would be three weeks or more before my item shipped. Great! Since they have already charged my card for the item the day I ordered. This is a company that will ignore you, use your money, and may never send what you ordered. Can you spell illegal activity? I place this companies rating at beware ten plus.

I ordered a white Kohler toilet and received a red one. Even the packing slip showed a different model from the one that I had ordered. I called customer service. The lady on the other end of the line took 5 minutes to look up my order and another 5 minutes to decide whether to authorize return. (Does she use a computer?) Then she curtly cut me off and hung up.
It was bad enough having to deal with return/exchange because of the merchant's mistake. Their customer service did not make it any easier.

I have tried to contact HomeClick.com via email on 2 occasions with no reply which is guaranteed in 24 hours. I have phoned their 800 number and waited 10-15 minutes for a customer service rep. who was unable to answer any questions and was not knowledgable. At this point, I feel I may have made a serious mistake in dealing with this company and am contemplating contacting my credit card company and telling them not to honor any charges from this company. This does not feel like a reputable on line company.

I ordered a vase on Saturday 12/15 .Couldn't follow up with a phone call to get delivery because they are closed all weekend. The web site stated this was in stock. On Monday I made a follow-up call. The girl assured me that I would not receive this until Jan. 7. She said it had to come from Rosenthal, and it would definately not be in by XMAS. I asked to cancel because I didn't need it after XMAS.
No problem she said.
I bought it elsewhere for more money. Friday (12/21) the vase arrives. I call to tell them it came and they want to charge me a 25% restocking fee. I told them forget it. I also told them they had to send UPS to pick it up. I won't pay return shipping. They balked at this. If there is a problem I will take it up with AMEX. Their prices are good, but their customer service is the worst.
