Hotel rates seemed to be very competitive with other sites. Membership program is great to have for a website, as well.

We had to change our accommodations at the last minute and we received a call from a customer rep that was extremely helpful. Recommended

Do not buy from Hotelclub.com
Their communication was horrendous, they charged our bank account without consent and when they knew they made a mistake would not refund our money, but told us to write a formal complaint in order to get a refund.
Customer service was the worst I have ever received and feel totally ripped off.
Take my advice and think twice before you use HotelClub!

I turned up to my hotel booking in Galway, Ireland on a bank holiday weekend to be told the hotel no longer offer rooms through Hotelclub there was no spare rooms in the whole city so we had to travel to family 100 miles away then back in the morning for our flights.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for an answer on my money back/compensation but have had nothing while my £80 is sat gaining interest with them
