Ordered Thursday afternoon. Item shipped that same afternoon and arrived the very next day, even though I only paid for ground shipping. Items were as described. I would buy from Instaoffice again.

I ordered some office supplies from them on Sunday night. Here it is, Wednesday evening and the order has still not shipped according to their web page. On Tuesday afternoon I sent them an email asking why the order had not shipped yet, I still have not heard from them.
As I write this review, I have been on hold for 32 minutes trying to talk to their customer service.
This is my first time trying this company, so far I am not in the least bit impressed.

Don't use this Rip Off company
Placed an order for office supply. They happily took my money and had no intentions of sending products. Weeks of trying to contact someone and ask for reimbursment on credit card, and nobody ever replies or tries to help.
Six months later I went back and put my tracking number in, and a generic message says "Your order has been processed and transmitted to the proper warehouse location."
If you don't believe just look on their website and try to find a phone number to complain, or a address where they're located.

In Sept 2006, I ordered six dozen pencils from Instaoffice. Several months later, realizing I had never received the order, I contacted them via email. The first time, they promised that a customer service rep would contact me within a day or two. Didn't happen. When I contacted them a second time, I was told my order had been mixed up in a warehouse problem and would be mailed out the very next day. Three weeks later, I still had nothing. I have since contacted them two more times via email and have received no responses at all. They have had my money for over 6 months. I have nothing to show for it.

I called to order pen refills, gave them the model of pen I have, they said ZPC 87012 is the correct refill for your pen.Paid $27.04 by credit card. The refills they sent are the wrong ones they will not fit my pens, 3 times too fat. I wrote to customer service. They wrote back that they would have those picked up at their expense and issue a credit. We emailed back and forth about getting the right refills. 1st email August 30, 06 today is October 10, 06 and nothing is resolved. I called and spoke to a customer service manager. She informed me she would not send a call tag for the items, would not take them back and issue a refund, because I couldnt remember the name of the person I ordered them from. I told her that I would contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs and she said she did not care. She was not taking them back. My Compliant is: Improper Selling Practices Non-Delivery of Correct Goods Misrepresentation Unhonored Guarantees or Warranty Unsatisfactory Service Credit/Billing Problems will not issue a credit.
Never again!! I wish I had read the reviews on these scam artists before I placed an order. I made a purchase on June 5, 2006. Still no merchandise 3 weeks later. Called them and was told it was on backorder for another 1-2 weeks (it was supposedly "in stock" when I ordered). Called 2 weeks later... "on back order for another 2 weeks". Enough was enough. I cancelled my order. As other reviews have said, they claim it takes 6-8 weeks to process the credit (which is a load of you-know-what). Well, its been 8 weeks now. Still no credit. I had to finally hand this off to my credit card company. I'm glad its their problem now. I will NEVER, EVER order from these guys again at any price!! I urge others to avoid InstaOffice (and InstaWares) like the plague.

My experience was terrible. They screwed up my order, and then would not make it right. I paid for overnight shipping and the items were shipped standard ground. They would not refund me and I had to pay shipping to return the items. Never use this vendor. There customer service is terrible.

Great experience. Their price on a toner cartridge was about $8 more than Staples. I used the "Found a lower price" link they provided to report a lower price. Took about 2 minutes to fill out and submit the form. Four days later InstaOffice had dropped the price of the cartridge to a penny below the Staples price (and still offered free shipping, as did Staples). Ordered at the new low price on a Monday morning. UPS delivered on Tuesday.

I called regarding an item and was told that 5 were in stock. Four weeks after my card was charged I was notified that the item has been out of stock for months and discontinued. I am still waiting for my card refund to occur.

I ordered a bookshelf unit from InstaOffice and received only the shelves, no upright supports. I attempted to contact them (only by e-mail; they have no phone number!) six times and only received an acknowledgement that they received my e-mail but never a response. Do not deal with this outfit!
