In April 2003 I ordered a wine tasting table for my husband. When he began putting it together a part was missing. We called IWA and they told us to send a letter identifying the missing part. We did so along with a copy of the directions with the part circled. And so the saga of repeated phone calls, empty promises, and useless merchandise began.
It is now 14 months since I ordered this item and we still have not received the missing part nor have we been offered a replacement for the tasting table. Every time we call we are assured that the problem is "being taken care of" and "we have not been forgotten."
