I ordered a hammock and the tree hanging hardware for the hammock. The items were shipped separately. The hardware arrived in an oversized box. The shipping label on the box had clearly been torn from a packing envelope. Inside the box were the remains of the envelope and only one of the two large eye screws needed to hang the hammock. I received the order after the company had closed for the day, but left a message on the voice mail of the individual who is responsible for handling customer issues. I clearly stated my name, phone number, and nature of the problem. I have yet to be contacted by this company. Since the company obviously doesn't care about the customers once it has received their money, I will not conduct additional business with Joe's Hammock.

I am very please with the hammock I purchased. It met all my expectation. I am usually shy about ordering on-line because the product usually falls short of my expectations. This time around, I am pleased with the product and have no reservation about again ordering from Island Joe's.
