Placed my order on the 11th of December. I got a call on the 12th to verify a shipping address. That's where the good experience stopped. I never got an email confirmation with a tracking number. On the 18th I left a voice message asking for an update. On the 19th I had to call back (since no return call) for the update. They could not give me a tracking number for atleast 24 more hours - (I'm sure I'll have to call back). It was explained to me that this is the holiday season... I was aware of that as this is the reason for this $600 purchase. I was told that I 'should' have it by Friday, the 22nd. I will update my review on Friday.
I ordered a Japanese Tea Pot through this company. I was emailed #1 that it was not available then #2, emailed it was shipped. Never received it. Called the company, couldn't find any info of my order. Then figured out my credit card was charged even though the item was never available and never shipped! Was then told (while I was on the phone with this company), my credit card was credited. Well folks, nothing yet! First and last time this place gets my business. They are in the category of being the only company to ever screw me over on the web!

Looking for a Saeco Incanto Sirius Auto Expresso Machine and in comparing prices, several shopping web sites that state J.L. Hufford is a "featured store" show a different machine (brand and style) than the site advertising thus it comes up as the lowest price. They do have the item which is much more expensive comparable to other "featured stores." Does not give me confidence in this store even though rating is satisfactory.
Excellent selection and service. One of the only places around that has the Capresso Infinity grinder with stainless steel-colored plastic housing! Excellent customer service and order came with a surprise FREE 1/2 lb. bag of delicious house blend coffee!

I finally received my FedEx Package. This after a considerable delay of 2 weeks (!!!), which was caused because they did not write the apartment number on the shipping label. That was bad enough !!!
Unfortunately, not only was the delay unacceptable, but also instead of shipping what I had ordered - a Gaggia Espresso Machine - I received a bag of coffee. Unbelievable !!!
This is unacceptable. They did a terrible job.
I want my money back and my credit card credited with the amount of $192 ASAP!!!!.
I will never, EVER, do any business with this company again.
