Purchased a mount for my CRT projector plus an extension pole to allow the projector to be mounted below my drop ceiling. The price was the best on the web that I could find. Order was delivered within a week. The instructions were also clear and easy to follow.

In the end I did not use the extension pole but was able to send it back and received a refund with no problems.

I phoned Mounts and More prior to ordering a dual arm wall mount for a Sony 23" LCD. I was given an item number and assured, by customer service, that this item was all that was needed for that particular LCD. After several days I received the item. You guessed it - customer service was wrong. I now needed an additional FSB Interface Bracket at an additional cost of $76.00.

Delivery was timely. Order accuracy was POOR. Customer service was polite but not knowledgeable. I was not satisfied and will shop elsewhere.

I am thrilled with both the product and service offered by Mounts and More. The person I spoke with on the phone was both friendly and efficient, helping me to clarify exactly what I was looking for. The best thing for me was that they carried a product I had been unable to find in local stores. The price was reasonable and the fact that they did not charge for shipping was an added bonus. The merchandise I ordered arrived on time, in perfect condition, with very clear instructions on what to do if the product was damaged in transit. I certainly intend to continue buying from them when the need arises and have recommended them to several other businesses.

My experience was just as you would expect from a good online reseller. They sent an order confirm, then a shipping confirm with tracking number, product arrived as expected in proper packaging. I installed my new speaker mounts and it makes my speaker system look sharp and professionally installed. I would do business with Mounts and More again as they were very professional.

I bought a mounting rack for my Plasma TV. I couldn't find one for my precise model so I called up. The guy that answered picked up the phone quickly and looked it up for me and made a recommendation and suggested that I order it through the internet site (which I would prefer anyway). Everything went well, I got confirmation emails and the product arrived very quickly. There were a few scratches on the mount but it doesn't bother me since they will be hidden behind the Plasma. I haven't mounted it yet but expect that it'll be fine for my needs.
My only criticism is that their web site should have an option which allows the shopper to enter the precise TV that they have and see a list of matching mounts.
However, my purchase couldn't have been easier and I was very happy with the advice, speed of delivery and cost. Recommended.

Delivery speed:
Everything arrived as expected and in the time frames provided. They were good enough to tell me where the items were being shipped from since there were multiple manufacturers involved.
Order accuracy:
No problems at all. I asked some questions via e-mail and received back a very helpful response with links to all the products I would need for my application.
Customer service:
The order was for a ceiling projector mount. Having not mounted a projector on the ceiling previously and having an unfinished basement I had a number of questions. I both e-mailed and spoke over the phone with customer service and the assistance was very helpful. Turned some of the mystery of the mount into working knowledge.
Overall satisfaction:
I'd purchase from Mounts and More again. I had no problems at all.

Customer service helped me find the parts I needed, at an excellent price, and fast shipping. I highly recommend this company.

I phoned in my order because I had questions on what I wanted to by.I found the sales people knowledgable about their products.I was informed on how everthing was going to be shiped.2 ups & 1 truck freight.I got confermation & tracking #s as they were shiped.1 was back order but got to me before the date it was suppose to.The back of truck freight arrived undamage[good job Road Way trucking]..I had a problem with a missing part from the manufactor.I made 1 call to mounts& more & thats all it took to get the part.I figured I saved $200 shoping here.I WOULD SHOP HERE AGAIN.I FOUND THEM TO BE TRULY CONCERN WITH MY ORDER & TO BE TRUSTWORTHY.I bought a ceiling mount-50ft s vedio cable & a 7ft x 9ft projection screen.
