I ordered three different items from this company, and they sent me two items, with no explanation of why they did not ship the third item. This item was the 3m 8000 N95 mask. I sent them an e-mail asking the status. No reply. I called the company and was informed they were out of stock, and unknown when they would get any in. I checked their website the next day, and saw they were in stock and the price went up from $11.99 to $16.99. Obviously they are in it for the buck and not customer service. It appears they are taking advantage of the swine flu problem. I have also checked and noticed they are higher in price than other online companies. I do not recommend this company due to higher prices, and poor customer service.

I have ordered from this vendor repeatedly, and have always received my order in a timely fashion as described without damages. They have been my go-to website for allergy and asthma prevention for several years now, and have always surprised me with new types of allergy-prevention supplies. I am glad they test the larger appliances themselves (i.e. air cleaners and dehumidifiers) to prove their effectiveness and durability. I have purchased 2 air cleaners, a dehumidifier, 2 complete sets of dust mite covers covering bedspring to comforter, and several spray cleaners. I will continue to purchase from them in the future, and recommend them to anyone with allergy and asthma problems.
I have returned items purchased at National Allergy Supply
to them following their 60-day money back guarantee. The credit I received was a fraction of amount paid. When I called National Allergy Supply I was told that from 4 items I sent back they have received 2. End of story. To me it looks like dishonest business, which is not worth wasting time on.

Having not read the reviews prior to placing my order, I just received my first order from National Allergy. Today's Saturday, I placed the order on Thursday - fantastic shipping, the items arrived exactly as I ordered. Based on the other reviews on this site, I expect that I will have no problems with the mattress encasing I purchased.

They represent quality products at competitive prices, have very good customer service and process returns/replacements promptly. I have never experienced a delay in receiving a product and trust their judgement as to the quality of products carried. First time I ever ordered something with National Allergy Supply. I found them on the Internet. I was looking for a charcoal air cleaner filter that apparently was hard to find because the air cleaner was a discontinued model. I usually purchase air cleaner supplies from Allergy Asthma Technologies from Chicago, Illinois. They didn't have the filter that I wanted. Read more

I was very happy with my order. I didn't have any problems and my order was received without any problem and I received it even quicker than I had expected. I am not aware of any way to track my order without having to contact the supplier directly. Some websites do have online tracking where no other intervention is required and I can look up my order status but I am not aware of this feature through National Allergy Supply. Read more

Several years ago I purchased a mattress encasing. The zipper pull recently broke when the encasing was washed. When I called about the broken zipper, the encasing was replaced free of charge, and with no shipping charges. National Allergy Supply is very helpful, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. National Allergy Supply is very good on service. My main complaint is they don't give you much in the way of shipping options. Many times these items weigh very little, but since they don't give you the option of choosing the popular UPS or USPS you may wind up paying much more for shipping than is actually necessary. I order well enough in advance that I'd prefer to save money and wait a week or ten days for my order. Read more
