Wonderful. They have the best prices available online or elsewhere (for new merchandise) for everything I got from them, and I spent several days researching that before I placed my first order. Their customer service is patient, fast-responding, and thorough. The information available on the site, especially in their newsletter archives, is great, and agrees with all the other impartial experts I've found, including the EPA, the Mayo Clinic, and my own allergist. Everything arrived several days earlier than I expected (why is "on time" the highest rating allowed above for "How quickly did you receive your order?"). Shipping cost for my large, heavy order was well below what FedEx must have charged them. I've already recommended this store to several friends and co-workers, and I'll be a customer for as long as they're open and stay this great.

The only problem was that they said they would send me an email notification when my order shipped, and did not. About a week after I received my shipment, I got an email saying that the item had shipped.

All the lids on the bottles were broken; luckily there was a seal under the lid so there was no leakage. The packing could have been better.

I gave them the wrong expiration date for my credit card and they called to straighten it out. They were very helpful. The products came quickly after that. Everything was as described.

National Allergy Supply is probably the best in the business. They provide a very valuable product and service at a reasonable price. Many of their competitors jack up the price on the same items simply because these products are really necessities for allergy sufferers.

i received the product before a email went out to tell me when it would get here - which is fine - cuz it got here. however i do not know if it is still in the works to send the filter that was back ordered. i have received no comunication about that. everything else was great - really fast service with the stuff that was in stock - very pleased with that

I placed an order. Item was on backorder. Recieved the package about 3 weeks later. I wasn't in a hurry and I don't think that was too long to wait for something that was on backorder.
