I placed my order for the hybrids and later saw the wedges. I couldn't recall my order to modify it, so I called and was answered immediately. The gentleman in customer service modified my order to include the wedges. This took only a couple of minutes and he was very cordial. If other companies would handle their customers in this manner, shopping on line would be better than sex....well maybe close to as good.
The only negative I have is that I am left handed and NO club manufacturer offers the selection in left handed clubs that they do in right handed clubs.
I forgot to say that the clubs play as good as they look.

Excellent with great follow-up emails of when it was being made, when shipped and when I should receive it. Truly the best customer service I have received in a long time. Wish everyone could be so customer-oriented.

The clubs I got (except for 2) were from the used/returned section of the site. As for the "used clubs" - the heads had NO swing mark or patterns as if completely new. Excepth for the different shft I ordered for the new 1 and 2 hybrids, there was no difference between any of the clubs I received. All may as well have been 'new'. I got exactly what I wanted in the 2 orders I've made.
