I purchased a Panasonic camcorder and their price was terrific - almost $70 less then the best local price I could find. And they sent everything as promised in a reasonable period of time. I'm very please with their service.

purchase was simple, complete, and correct. highly recommend. shipping was within three days of order, as expected. sales person was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I ordered a camcorder package from Price Rite Photo. Their web page wasn't updated, so I'm glad I called in my order. They gave me the upgraded model for a good price, so that was good. Included in the package was a free upgrade to 2-day delivery, but when they sent it they forgot to do that. Overall satisfaction: average.

I bought a Panasonic camcorder. I was satisfied with price, service, delivery, emails & all contacts with them. I am glad they offered a warranty and a sensible price.
Once I paid I have my new camera in my hand within 24-hours... N.Y. to California.
I ended up with lots more than I bargained for.
I would recommend to anyone.

The camera that I purchased is an excellent product. However, I am not sure I would choose to buy from this company again if I could get a similar deal from somewhere else.
I ordered with my credit card on a Friday, I called them the following Wednesday to get a tracking number, but they hadn't even shipped my item out yet! The sales person then assured me that it would be shipped out that day and upgraded shipping to 2 day fed ex. I called the next day, Thursday, and my item still had not been shipped! I did finally get my item on Monday.
Some of the componets of the package deal that I ordered were not the items that were advertised, but were similar.

Great customer service and very quick shipping. I would shop here again because of the great prices and the speedy shipping. Also they didnt try to make me buy more than i needed.

They were prompt in answering my questions and in responding to my inquiries even tho they were in the middle of a major move! I recieve a tracking number in a timly manner and my product was shipped rather promply aswell... Thanks GUYS!

I needed the camera the next day. They took care of everything and made sure I had everything I needed. Camera was here on time as promised!

Worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a camcorder which I need to bring with me for vaction. I placed the order one week ago, and I called before they say it's in stock, and after I place the order, a representative called back the next day saying it will ship out on that day, and I am supposed to receive it today. Now today, a thursday afternoon, I suddenly receive an email saying it's oversold and my order is cancelled! I am furious now!! It's unbelievable! If it's out of stock, why they insure me again and again it's in stock and ....

I just called the custom service and something even more unbelievable happened! Their representative is not very helpful and the manager I am talking to is totally a asXXXX!!!!! He talked to me with that attitude, not appolagize but discriminate and have fun seeing me feeling miserable!!! unbelievable!!!! AsXXXX! Jack***! I am crying right now....

I hope nobody buy anything from that website and don't get cheat by them! I guess all the good reviews are scam!!!

Bought a Canon I9900 printer. Transaction was easy, delivery prompt, price excellent. Couldn't have asked for more. Would shop with them again.

I ordered a Canon Rebel XT Digital Camera(Black) w/lens from www.Thecameramall.com. Cost was lowest legitimate price I could find using several search engines. 4 days after order I was asked to call Priceritephoto when they politely pitched a warranty from Mack Camera, NJ. I declined and received the order 3 days later. It was everything I hoped for, the complete kit with all parts and the USA warranty! I was concerned about the number of negative reviews posted in several places...but my order was handled fine. I expected the warranty/additional options sales pitch because of the reviews and extremely low price. I would buy from this site again with a credit card only if they were the lowest price.

I knew very little about a digital camera except that I wanted one. With a little help from a friend and a lot of help from PriceRite I found just the camera I needed to get started with. The price was right with exception to the shipping, in my opinion it was to much. The delivery was a couple of days early and the item was very well packaged. It's been about two weeks and no one has contacted me from PriceRite to see if i'm pleased or not or if it arrived ok. I guess they figure if I wasn't or if it hadn't I would be screaming my head off. Thanks, Arthur Bass

PriceRitePhoto.com provided a great camera package at a very good price with quick shipping and secure packaging. The only drawback to dealing with this merchant is that I was required to contact one of their salesmen after I had completed my transaction online. The call was supposed to be to confirm my address and shipping info., but was instead a high pressure sales pitch for additional products, services and upgrades.

This is my second digital camera bought from Price Rite Photo. They have the cheapest cost, no tax, and they have a reasonable cost for shipping and handling.

Overall, I saved $52 compared to buying the camera through Best Buy. With this money, I easily bought a 512MB SD memory card. Awesome!
