This purchase was unbelievably easy and fast. An email note to the store gave us the part number, cost, and in-stock status, and the on-line ordering was straightforward. It might have been simple to track the shipment, but it arrived so soon that I never got the chance!! Everything exceeded my expectations. Thanks.

It was fine. I did not understand at the outset that both items would be drop-shipped and was alarmed when my charge card was charged and I had no shipping information. A representative of the firm responded promptly to my inquiry and the matter was resolved.

I purchased a projector package for our church at this store. The package included a projector, electric screen, and a few other nice accessories. We have installed everything and it works great. The delivery was on time and everything was in good condition when it arrived.

The projector superstore had a very hard to find lamp assembly for my LCD projector. I needed the item within two days of ordering because my supervisor was giving a presentation in Puerto Rico. The item was in stock, shipped overnight at no charge and arrived on time and in perfect condition. I had to contact customer service a couple of times due to problems with address on the credit cared I used for payment and I found the customer service associate (Amanda) to be extremly friendly and helpful in getting the product to me in time for the presentation.

I thought that the projector wasn't working. I called the vendor and got very nice help. We were able to resolve the issue on our own, (I wish they had had the very simple information to help us - troublshooting was a bit thin), but they were very nice, helpful, and great to deal with. I really like this place!

One of the best projector sites I've found. Spent quite some time reviewing projectors. They had the one I wanted and at the best price. I called them to make sure it was new and not a refurb.
They answer the phones, are very helpful, honest and informative. Shipping was fast, my projector shipped same day. Received it new in the box and in perfect condition. They have a great selection of projector screens. I will get a new screen from them as well. I will continue to do buisness there. Thanks for the great deal!!
