They charged twice for the order placed on the internet!!! Actually, they cloned the original order two days after the first one (HOW?) and charged my credit card again. Good thing I called to check on my order and canceled the bogus order in time. I hope to see the refund soon, too.

WOW! What else can you say about a company of this caliber? I ordered some of my wedding china through Replacements and just received it. The quality is great and the prices were very fair considering the length of time this pattern has been out of stock in the department stores. The shipping was exceptional as was the delivery time. I would definitely shop here again!

I slipped and dropped a nice correlle casserole that I'd owned and enjoyed for several decades. I wanted to replace it and I easily found it and a complimenting au gratin platter to go with it at a reasonable cost.
I had corrected my tragedy with gravity in less than 30 days.

I ordered a gift for my friend in November and received it a WEEK after Christmas. After I had received it, I found it on other sites 10 dollars less than Replacements! When I called in, trying to find the gift for weeks, the customer service reps (more than one at different times) made me seem like I was wasting their time, but I wanted to give the item as a Christmas gift! They kept telling me ways to try and find it instead of helping me. Awful

I am extremely pleased with the service at Replacements, Ltd. Right from the customer service professionals who helped me identify my pattern and place my order to the prices, it was everything I could've hoped for. Also, I don't think I have ever ordered anything that came to me as well packaged as this order did! The gift was for my mother's birthday and the piece I ordered finished up the china collection that had been handed down by her great-grandmother! Needless to say, Mom was ecstatic! I also bought some everyday china and silverware for daily use for myself. They have hundreds of thousands of designs and I had a great time selecting the one I wanted! Also loved their website. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

I ordered an anniversary gift online on Friday and paid $33.00 for overnight shipping. I did not receive a confirmation of my order until Sunday morning and it was not shipped until Monday, which is the day I wanted the gift to arrive. When I spoke to the customer service department, my concerns were dismissed and nothing was done to rectify what I considered to be their bad service and the customer service representative's snotty, unhelpful attitude. I could have ordered from Macy's and they would have had the gift arrive on time. I will not take a chance on Replacements again.
