We ordered a Schwinn SC900 jogging stroller. These were out of stock everywhere, so we called to confirm they really had them. They answered our phone call, and called us back within an hour to let us know they had our stroller in inventory. We promptly placed the order on their website and our order was shipped within 2-3 business days. The stroller arrived within 8 days of our original order.

It is wonderful to find a company with integrity and excellent customer service. I was in the market for a jogging stroller for my 2 grandchildren. I called Mike at Runnersgear and he gave me all the information regarding different strollers available. I placed an order. After visiting with my son and daughter-in-law, I discovered that our grandson has already exceeded the max height limit for the strollers. I contacted Mike at Runnersgear immediately and he cancelled my order with no charges and no hassle!! Will definitely use Runnersgear in the future!

when I am told a product is available on a certain date, I am dissapointed to hear a week later that the product is now backordered for two more weeks. Half my summer is over by the time I will recieve the stroller. Read more
I realize that the stroller I ordered is not shipped by Runnersgear, but rather shipped from another vendor that Runnersgear uses. Knowing this, I wondered if that would cause a delay. I understood the policy about backorders, and the need to check back, etc. However, for me, it must have been in stock..and everything went smoothly, from receiving the confirmation email (although I wish they would have provided the tracking number for me). Before I knew it, the box arrived on my doorstep -- really fast shipping! My husband assembled the stroller and it seems to work just fine. If it does give me problems, I will find out later about the customer service aspects of Runnersgear, but thus far, I am impressed and would recommend based on price and my good shipping experience. My online purchases so far have been pretty decent (multiple sources). I appreciate the effort to obtain feedback on this sale.
The only apprehension I have it going via eBay / PayPal and their inability to resolve issues related to non-receipt of product.
As long as you adhere to this level of customer service there will be no problem in future business from me (personally).

Shipping time was good. Great prices on Jogging Strollers. This was the cheapest and best deal I found for the jogging stroller I wanted. I love the fact that this merchant offers FREE shipping with no hidden fees for handling/packaging when you check out. I love the Instep Safari II jogging stroller I purchased. The price was great since I didn't want to spend too much. I needed this stroller for walks on rough terrain and country roads that causes alot of wear on a regular stroller.
