Same Day Music was able to locate an item (expansion card for a MIDI keyboard) that I've been trying to find for months - the other major online music dealers told me it was unavailable.

Product shipped the next day (it was ordered on a Sunday) and arrived here on the west coast a few days later. Obviously I should have tried Same Day first. Guess who has now moved to the top of my online music shopping list? :-)

I bought an SKB guitar case from these guys. I was wary of their claims because on epinions.com, there is only one review for them. Anyhow, I decided to buy the case because they add no tax to their items AND their shipping was only $5! FIVE DOLLARS! AND they promised to shipping it out the SAME day you ordered it OR they'll give you $50 cash.

Needless to say, I decided to take a chance, afterall, if worse came to worst, then I'd only lose about $50. No biggie.

But AS EXPECTED... I immediately got a confirmation email after I bought it. About an hour later, I got another email saying it was shipped UPS (Not USPS) with a tracking number for you to track the item on their site... and another tracking number to track it directly from ups.com.

This is BY FAR, MY best experience of buying online. Their catalog of equipment isn't as big as musicians friend or music 123, but the SUPER FAST SHIPPING processing and NO tax has definitely raised the standard. Hopefully, their service will get recognized and will be able to expand their inventory... without pinching the good service of course.

I ordered a Hartke 210XL in the morning and SDM promised shipment that day. They did and I received the product in 3 business days in perfect shape.

I ordered a guitar today just before 5PM. Around 6:30PM I received an email from them saying that my item had been shipped ground FedEx, along with the tracking number. NEVER, have I done business with a company that shipped the same day, let alone an hour and a half after I had placed the order. Their name, "Same Day Music" says it all. I'll definitely do business again!! Thanks guys!

They have great prices and great service! My order arrived fast and was just as promised. I will definitely do business with them again. Their price on the Ovation guitar I purchased was better than what was offered at Musician's Friend. I highly recommend these guys.

The price advertised was $250.00, however when I went to purchase the Fostex MR-8 8 track Digital multi recorder, the price jumped to $300.00. I find this very deceiving.

Did exactly as promised. I ordered a B-Stock LK-35 Casio Keyboard and adaptor.

They shipped it the same day at very reasonable shipping rates and it arrived when expected.

I would do business again with them.

There is no other to match in Price and service online. The price is always lower than I have found, No tax, Free shipping and great service. THe selection is good and the quality outstanding.

I ordered a Gibson guitar for my husband, and they said they had them in stock. Come to find out they won't be getting them for 3 months after we ordered it and they didn't even have the decency to email us about anything. So they took our money and had no problem not telling us where the guitar was or when we'd get it.
