They have the best customer service. I ordered a bracelet. I had to return it because it was to big for my wrist they refunded within two days. I was shocked !!!I recommend this store. Their jewelry really is as quoted. in fact the bracelet gram weight was more than quoted on their site.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with.  I placed an order for 2 rings and received an e-mail conformation for my order on that day.  The next day my credit card was charged for the full amount.  I never received any other information.  After 4 days, I called and was told that one of my rings was on back order.  Why wasn’t I contacted?  After that I sent e-mails for 2 days and finally after the 2nd day someone called me.  I requested the ring that was available to be shipped.  After almost a week I finally received that ring.  It was the cheapest piece of jewelry I have ever seen.  I returned it the next day.   Several more days went by and still no information for the other ring, so I called and cancelled.  Now it has been several more days and I still have not heard anything, nor have a received a credit on my card.  Why was my credit card charged the full amount if one of my items was back ordered?  This Company has horrible service all the way around.  I would not buy anything from this Company!!!

The order arrived on time that is a plus

The item was of the wrong size and not the design as advertised that is a minus

The return has taken three weeks by now and is not completed by now yet that is a big minus as you do not have money either to spend for something else or still have to payback if purchased with a credit card

Customer service is abusive that is a frustrating minus.

Please, be careful with this store! My order was placed and payed for June 10th, I returned the item on Monday with Certified Mail and RETURN RECEIPT to make sure I have something to prove the article was sent. Also, while shipping get the insurance at USPS.
It has been exactly three weeks that I waited for the credit on my card.

It never came.
I called in and they assured me it will be there within three days, it has been four days now and nothing happened

Article (necklace) was the cheapest piece of junk I have ever seen
If you are planning topurchase an item, do not get fooled by the bit lower prices. If you know something about fine jewleries you will see it right away, that is not the piece of junk you would want to wear or present as gift to your loved ones

I paid and receieved the purchase rather quickly. Although when I recieved the package- a necklace- it was rather small. So I emailed SARRAF and they easily said "yes we can exchange the package aslong as it is in the same packaging and leave instructions what you would like" I did so. A week later I hadnt heard anything. I emailed them a couple of times asking if they had even recieved the return goods. Still heard nothing. I rang my rapid freight place who i shipped the product back and they said my parcel is sitting in american customes waiting for them to sign some power of attorney papers. they refused to sign the papers and left my package at customes. i have now been charged $300 for customes holding the package and i have to pay for it to be shipped back to me. They are a useless mob that i will never shop with again !!
