I ordered two updates for Adobe software on my Mac; it was time to acquire the Adobe Acrobat Pro Upgrade as well as the latest version of Adobe Photoshop CS3 Upgrade. Bought Office 2007 Home and Student Edition from Softwaremedia on November 29th. Order was easy to place and did not have to create an account before checking out. Price was one of the lowest on the internet and ground shipping was included. The package was delivered by FedEx, in perfect condition, on December 3rd. I was skeptical that I could purchase a retail license of the software, which provides licenses for 3 machines, at that price. But when package arrived, I immediately called Microsoft to confirm I got the retail version. I would buy software products from Softwaremedia again, and strongly recommend this online store.

I ordered Works Suite 2004 (Retail) and received the OEM Version. After returning the OEM Version, I received another OEM Version. Customer Service finally admitted that, even though the product was in stock, they wouldn't sell it to me at the ordered and accepted price of $59.95. They said that they couldn't find a supplier that would sell them the product cheap enough to allow them to sell the product to me at the contractual price. They told me to accept the OEM version, or cancel the order. Sounds like bait and switch to me.
