Bought very reasonably priced warranty coverage for a new phone purchased via eBay, and glad I did, since Motorola phone went belly-up after 1 1/2 years.  I took the phone to our phone service provider who confirmed that the unit was not repairable, and I reported this to SquareTrade and asked for my shipping label to send it in for confirmation.  A bit of delay was the only complaint, as it took several days for a reply and then they wanted the EXACT error message before giving me a shipping label.  After giving the additional detail they promptly emailed a label and I shipped at no cost.  Since they couldn't repair it they promptly refunded in full to my PayPal (where I'd paid for it).  Had they been able to repair it, I believe they said they'd charge for shipping back, but I don't recall for certain at this point. 

I'm satisfied enough to warranty more products with them, as the price is good and even though they try hard to salvage the merchandise they did come through. 

Square Trade Warranties is the best Quality warranty that I have purchase. They provide quality quick claim, with hassle-free easy claim service every time.

I haven't purchased my warranty for my new laptop yet (only because it hasn't arrived from the retailer), but paying the amount Square Trade quoted is way below the warranty offered by the retailer by about 80% and the extended warranty coverage is identical. After reading all the Epinions, I have no fear about purchasing their product. I am also impressed that someone from Epinions takes the time to read the comments and remark on their contents. How often do we take the time to comment online, particularly to warn other consumers that we feel a product is inferior, and the retailer continues selling it? That means the opinions we give don't matter to that particular retailer. 

I will always recommend SquareTrade Inc because they in order to make a claim, it is very easy and hassle free. Also, the speed of processing of the claim along with the customer service is awesome. I will be defiantly taking SquareTrade Warranty for my next purchase.

This has been the quickest and most efficient warranty or insurance claim I have ever had! When they say hassle free, they mean it. I was informed about every day what was happening and the whole process from beginning to end was about 1 week. I purchased an electronic product (refurbished) on line from eCost.com.  After 6 months the unti failed to operate any longer.  Thankfully eCost had offered a warranty for this product and I bought if for 22.00 dollars.  When I filed my claim, I honestly expected some difficulty with it.  (From dealing with other warranty companies that had always through obsticales in the way).  Square Trade was quite different, always polite, answered all my questions, and most importantly kept me informed every step of the way.

In the future, I when I make an online purchase, I will always ask for a warranty, then I will ask WHI will the warranty compnay be.  If there is a choice, I will choose Square Trade.

My recent claim was handled with speed and courteous assistance. Square Trade made the whole transaction easy and painless. They walked me through each step of the procedure and followed up with phone calls. In fact, I have since bought two more TV'S and got warranties from Square Trade on both of them. I could have gotten extended warranties from the seller but they couldn't come near the low price of Square Trade and besides,I may as well stick with a known winner. I couldn't be more satisfied. Hope I don't have to file a claim again but it's only costing a small amount to have a secure feeling about my products.

They have followed thur with my warranty in a timely matter, no hassles. I would definitely use Square Trade again!

Will not do business with again. Samsung slider phone lasted about 3 months of use. since the slider came apart, they automatically say it is due to improper use and will not be covered even though there is no physical damage to the phone. what a waste of time and money. they claim they will refund my $20.00 but I will not hold my breath. First time I used SquareTrade and it will be the last. Live and Learn.

I've never purchased an after market warranty of any kind before. I purchased a used, non-warranted HDTV on eBay and decided to buy the warranty that was offered. Frankly, I was mostly attracted by the low Square-Trade price but it was a great decision. In the forth month of use the TV failed.

Without the Square-Trade warranty I would have been out the repair expense. I could not have asked for a quicker response or better claim service. My claim was approved, then paid in just four days!

A great experience. I'll always purchase Square-Trade warranties for my future purchases.

My experience with square trade has been a very good one. I had an issue with my item, the square trade warranty covered it and I got money back. The process was quick and worry free. I would recommed using square trade for all purchases on ebay.

This is a great service that I'd not only recommend to others, but I have used several times myself. I end up with peace of mind knowing that if the item fails, my purchase is covered. I did have a problem with a phone I bought, it was quick and painless to put in a claim. Turnaround was fast and I had the money back within days. I have bought some higher ticket items and I am hoping there are no problems. In the event there are though, I will know that my purchase is protected with an excellent warranty. It was very fast, courteous, service. I even made a mistake on filling out the claim and was denied payment. I made one quick to Square Trade and this mistake was taken care of in minutes. The gentle man I spoke to was fantastic. I recieved the shipping lable the same day. I claim was settled in a matter of days. I will contiue to use Sqaure Trade for all my Warranties. Thank You. Using SquareTrade was easy, i called in, after my phone broke due to a non-working USB port on the underside. The technician asked me a few questions and sent me to part of the site to fill out a few questions. I answered them in under 5 minutes. I sent my phone in a box, with a pre-paid label. They sent my paypal money in 3 days. It was a hassel free experience, and after using the phone for over a year, i only lost $30. GREAT INVESTMENT, USE IT!
