Square Trade customer service is the BEST! I had a Square Trade warranty on a used RAZR cell phone I purchased on eBay. Well after only have the phone for a little over 90 days the buttons stopped working all together! I was so glad I had purchased my $5 warranty through Square Trade!

I logged into my Square Trade account and filed an online claim. Then I was informed that I had to call their customer service department in order to complete my claim...I thought oh great here comes trouble! Boy was I wrong! One very short, friendly, phone call with a very nice customer service lady and my claim was approved! They immediately emailed me the shipping label so I could send in my phone on their dime! Once they received my phone, my claim was processed and I had my refund payment in my Paypal account the very next day!

This is a wonderful hassle-free warranty service that I will definitely purchase again in the future! I tell all my friends about Square Trade now! Thank you for superior customer service! I am 100% completely satisfied with my Square Trade Warranty purchase!!!

I discovered SquareTrade when I purchased an mp3 player on eBay. They emailed me offering me 20% off of a warranty; at first I was reluctant, but when I found out it was only about 20 bucks for 2 years on a $120 mp3 player, I decided to try it out. Well, about 4 months after I bought it the headphone jack stopped working. I couldn't hear anything out of it. I called SquareTrade, they sent me the email to print out the UPS shipping label that same day, and about 2 days after they received it I received my money through PayPal! It was amazingly fast and easy and I'm recommending SquareTrade to everyone I know! I now have two more warranties on my new mp3 player and my new phone.

Communication with Square Trade was great! The warranty was very inexpensive. The repair dept. Tried their best to fix my Laptop. When they couldn't Square Trade sent me my full price immediately. They even refunded what I paid for the warranty because of the length of time for the repair. I have already gotten another warranty for the replacement laptop. I Highly recommend Square Trade!

Wow...with all of the sites that promise help, take your money, and then ignore you, this is a breath of fresh air.

These guys, not only answered the phone, but actually took the time to guide me through the process. Then guess what! They REALLY did honor the claim and within less than ten days, paid it!!!

I purchased my first warranty through SQUARE TRADE over a year ago. The DVD Recorder stopped working and I contacted the company. They immediately took action and handled my case with all the politness and care you could ever dream of from anyone! I was Emailed a shipping label, Dropped package off to UPS carrier and had ALL my original purchase price refunded to my Pay-Pal account within 5 days! This type and quality of service is almost unheard of today. I recently bought a new IPhone and the second day I had a small problem. The minute I walked into the store I was informed that it had to be returned to Apple. This is the kind of treatment 99% of purchasers get after the inital sale on any thing. They pocket their commission and quit caring.  I HIGHLY Recommend this service to anyone who needs an extended warranty at a great price.
They even sale warranties on used items. Look far and wide and I dare you to find better service anywhere. All service personel are highly trained and don`t have to put you on hold each time you need to ask a question.

Fantastic, I admit I bought two warrenties thinking I was probably throwing away money, but I was buying used laptops and figured why not try it. Well one of the laptops video went out and without any fuss at all my warrenty was honored, money returned, I am a square trade convert now. these people are good and the warrenty is really cheap when you consider the alternative.

I have many warranties with squaretrade, I've never filed a claim until recently, and I have to say I am extremely impressed, and am glad I have other warranties with them. I owned an external hard drive, bought on eBay, warrantied for around 10 dollars I believe. After a year of use, the hard drive failed, it happens. I filed a claim with square trade, which was easy, they gave me a shipping label, I dropped it off at UPS, and within a week, they reviewed it, said it was indeed non working, and reimburssed me the 60.00 I paid for it. No questions asked. My favorite part about the whole process was the fact that they emailed me EVERY step of the way, Great job. :)

I e-mailed that my refurbished IPOD seemed dead and within 24 hours received a response that a mailing label for the product was on it's way. Within a week the label was received and I shipped back my IPOD and they quickly told me I was eligible for a full refund.

A refund was made back to my Paypal account within 3 days after that notification. It took 4 days for Paypal to credit my account, but there was a holiday in between and that is Paypal's timeline, not Square Trade's.

This is the second IPOD (refurbished) which I have had go bad and both have been quickly replaced by Square Trade.

I am very happy with the speed and fairness with which they handled both of my claims over the past 3 years. I will continue to warrany to my electronics purchases via Square Trade.

I think Square Trade is absolutely the best. I couldn't get anywhere with the manufacturer even though I was covered under the warranty, but Square Trade refunded the money. I would recommend them to everybody.

I am glad i found square trade for the warrenty of my cellphone. I had a very nice experience with square trade. starting from buying warrenty, service, claim process, and payment process, everything is very simple and fast. I strongly recommend my friends to buy warrenty from square trade.

My cell phone stopped working after a year suddenly. Isent it to them using shippong label sent by them. They inspected and said, it could not be repaired and refunded my cell phone purchase price ($477 on ebay a year back). I bought a next version of same phone on ebay for $300. I have previously had extended warranty for a different product from Circuit city, but was not satisfied.

Now since Square Trade provides warranty for products purchased at other stores, so i will purchase Square Trade warranty for store products also.

I've used SquareTrade's services twice - both for phones bought online, and have been impressed with the speed with which claims were processed and refunds issued. Very little hassle - great process and service. Highly recommended.

I bought the accidental handling insurance for my I-phone and when I washed it by mistake they did not cover it.  They said I had to have it in my hand when the accident occurred. Make sure when you make a claim for liquid damage that it is truly an accidient while you are handling the item.  I pointed out that this was not in the details of the warranty, but they disagreed. 

The return process was quick and easy to complete. I was kept informed during the process, some of this was stale because the process worked so well. The reimbursement was processed quickly as well.
