I was Totally and Truly amazed at how fast my claim was handled, not only that I got to talk to a real person. From the time I talk to a representative I had a shipping label the same day, I mailed out the next day, you let me know via email that my package was received two days later and the next day my warranty was approved. You can't get service like that anywhere I know of. I have told several people about you guys since. I have also purchased a warranty on my wife's new phone and when my granddaughter gets her camera, I too will purchase a warranty from Square Trade. Absolutely the best investment I have ever made... I bought a item on eBay,insured it thru Square Trade and unfortunately had a issue. Within minutes I filed the claim and I was contacted and paid in full within 2 days...A+++++ I will use Square Trade for every major purchase I ever make in the future. I highly recommend and I appreciate the straight forward honest business transaction..If you are buying anything I can only suggest that you check out Square Trade for its extended protection. Its inexpensive and given I actually had to file a claim you have me as a consumer tell you with confidence that you will NOT be disappointed. I had a great experience with Square Trade and would definitely purchase an extended warranty from them again. My phone went out 6 months after I bought it. I sent it to them, using a packing label that was provided and was refunded the purchase price, less return shipping in about 1 week.

My shopping experience w/SquareTrade has been very enjoyable. They were able to accomodate my needs in a prompt & accurate fashion. I was able to return my defective item w/no questions ask & obtain a refund so that I may purchase a similar item of my choice.

My iPod broke 1.5 years after I bought it used on Ebay. I called Square Trade only one time to report the problem. They agreed that the problem sounded "fatal", no messing around with saying they would try to fix it, etc. They sent me a shipping label, and the full amount I spent on the iPod (minus a few bucks for shipping) was refunded to me within a week. I call that pretty darn good. I had read other reviews, and thought I might be in for a bit of a struggle with them to get my refund, which I decided was worth it to me, because I was a little tentative to buy a used iPod online. But I feel like maybe they are trying to change their whole business plan, because none of the issues that I had read about arose in our transaction. It was quick, easy, and a complete success for me.

I bought a cell phone on eBay & insured it with SquareTrade. A few months later I began having trouble with it. AT&T did some trouble-shooting, but couldn't fix the problems. I contacted SquareTrade, sent them the phone, and received a refund within a couple of days of them receiving the phone. I'm very pleased with their service & highly recommend them to my friends. I have an iPod warranty with them--hopefully I won't have any trouble with it--and feel confident that they'll take care of me if problems should arise. I definitely plan to buy extended warranties through SquareTrade whenever possible. I'd give them the highest possible rating. Thanks!

Everything was great, the customer service and the timeliness of processing my claim. I didn't receive anything from Squaretrade so I cannot comment on order accuracy.

I am extremely pleased at Square Trade's Quality of service. They made an experience that could have been very troublesome and bothersome, very pleasant. No fine print to confuse you or difficult tasks to complete...just a friendly honest service there to assist you in every way, just like it is promised when you purchase the warranty. From the first call I made to Square Trade they were extremely professional & helpful. Every step that I had to take was made very simple & explained to me in detail. I did not have to guess on anything, their customer service was incredible, even the e-mails I received were very helpful & kept me aware of my claim. I would deal with them any day...what a GREAT COMPANY!

They paid the shipping, and as soon as it was scanned by UPS, they sent me an email. When they received it, it wasn't more than a week before I received a confirmation email that the warranty covered the phone I'd sent back. On the phone before I sent the phone back, they were very, very helpful and everything was pleasant and the transaction was smooth.
Even the PayPal return transaction was quick and painless.

I really would have liked to have the wireless phone I bought on EBAy working but Squaretrade saved the day. My money was refunded in a timely manner without an hassle and instructions to do this were clear. I have already recommended your service to all my friends.

Overall this was a painless and problem free experience. For the most part customer service was good and very helpful. The people I talked to were friendly, helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Delivery was very quick and I can say that I was pretty satisfied with the whole process. I would definitely use again in the future and would recommend it to others. I would only suggest that they improve the online claim filing system. I tried to file the claim online several times but the system was extremely slow and at times it would just freeze up. In the end I decided to file the claim by phone and everything went fine from that point on. But other than that everything went smoothly.

Square Trade Dealt with my claim fast and friendly. I couldn't be happier. I will use Square Trade over and over.

Disappointed to discover that Square Trade would not honor the warranty I purchased on my Motorola cell phone because the phone was still under manufacturer's warranty.  True enough that the SqTr warranty contract excludes repairs or replacement covered by the manufacturer, but I could only see the contract AFTER I purchased the warranty, and I only discovered the exclusion when I submitted a warranty claim.  The only reason I purchased the Square Trade warranty is because I was expecting that the Square Trade warranty would save me from the labyrinthine process for submitting an item to Motorola for repair.
