This was my first order with Surfside. When my package was delivered all I recieved was an empty box with no watch. I was obviously disappointed, however I called the following morning and spoke to a customer service rep who was quite helpful. Surfside ending up sending me another watch at no extra charge. My daughter(13yrs old) was so excited about her swim suit,because no other merchants had this style at our Carlsbad, CA mall. She wanted it for 8th grade graduation. Very good customer service, live chat and quick e-mail respons, also very nive products. But sadly I got a Volcom-short, in stead of the Volcom-jean I ordered and payd for. They look kind of alike, but anyway... I wouldn't exchange my short for the right product, because they didn't wanted to ship to Norway, where I come from, and it would been very expensive for me with an extra intermediate shipment.
