I recently placed an order December 27 for over 30 bottles of products and received the order in its entirety, with no exceptions, on
January 3 with standard shipping, which by the way is $4.99 per ORDER regardless of size. My recent order arrived in two boxes meticulously packed with no additional shipping charges. I highly recommend this company, it's products and their customer service.

Better than average website, nice printed catalog, excellent selection of their own and other well-known brands. I have found it easy to order what I want, and they have always had everything I ordered on hand, at some of the best prices I have found, and they ship promptly. They email order confirmation and shipping confirmation, and I usually receive my order before I expected it, never had an order late.

I have been a Swanson customer for some time. Their products and prices are excellent. My only negative experience involves the use of their e-mail coupons. You can only use them once, even though this is not specifically stated. I had to cancel a recent order when I was told the $5 off coupon would be honored if I first placed the order online. When I called back to have them make the final order adjustment, they refused to do that, and I decided to cancel the whole order. Just be careful!
