Very good prices and I love the $5.00 off coupons I received when I order to enable me to get free shipping. That and their excellent pricing keeps me ordering! If they stay like this I will be a constant customer!
I do wish they had a broader base of products though. I can't find a few items I need. Thanks.

Even though UPS said the order had been delivered six days earlier, I called Swanson to tell them I had not received it. They said they were so sorry and would contact UPS to follow up. If the order couldn't be found, they would re-fill and re-send. The next day my neighbor called to say she had picked up the package (6 days earlier). I called back to thank them for their concern & graciousness.

Excellent service. If they ship the wrong item or an item is not acceptable, they pay the return shipping. They also have an very good selection of products. The times I have had problems customer service was excellent.
My only complaint is their recent way they are handeling some of their promo codes. Several times I have been sent emails saying use this promo code for items in their on sale section. However, one didn't need the promo code to purchase the items in their on sale section. Another time they said the promo code gave you access to the on sale items and also other items on sale. However I was unable to find the other items on sale.
Overall though they get a 5 out of 5 rating.
