Always easy. Great customer service whenever needed. Great value. Good quality products. I have used them for around 5 years. On the rare occasion that I had a problem, it was immediately resolved to my satisfaction. This merchant sets the bar for quality, value, and customer service.

I have learned to use the website to my satisfaction. However, I still don't like it erasing all my checked product selections on my favorites page every time I change screens, e.g., to get info on another product.

Since Swanson Health Products was suggested by my brother as the best source for vitamin and herbal supplements, I decided to try them the next time I needed to refill supplies.
