Target

Shopped for my daughters birthday present. everything went well. Came in the time represented to me. I didnt really have any experience with customer service as I just clicked and it came.

Target took longer then any place I ever ordered from. I received the Gerber Newborn Starter set I ordered and when I opened the box they sent the wrong item. They sent me the Infant Starter set.. come on can't the person who placed the item to ship read?? I noticed the tiny little sticker on the front of the box said Newborn starter gift sent when the box said Infant Starter set so from the day someone placed that sticker on it who ever was going to order the Newborn Gift Set was doomed. That person was me. My daughter is due in three weeks so I am going to buy this someplace else. I will NEVER order from Target on-line because someone cannot read. Don't go by the tiny 2 by 2 sticker, read the box the item comes in..Shame on Target.. .. bad in shipping took over a week to get item and then wham.. I get the wrong item.. and am very sad and upset with ordering on-line from Target.. this NEVER ever happened to me before and now I am not going to ever order from Target again.. so buyers: BEWARE!!!

why would anyone order from target when shipping price is unreasonable and shipping time is ridiculous. it's such a scam.

I would say the best online store by far.I have purchased a few items from target.com and I am very pleased. Setting up an acount with them took no time at all they e-mailed me all of my account info right away.My items have always been shipped out the next day.Target packages all of their items very nicely and in oversized boxes to prevent any damages that might occur during shipping.Their prices are hard to beat as well.very pleased you should look for something you need right now if you don't believe me.

target is a great store.  The one time I had a mishap with one of my orders, they took care of it promptly.  My order was sent back by our imcompetent postmaster. I was pretty upset because these items were for my daughters birthday. When I called customer service and told them what had happened, the very nice lady on the other end of the phone went through my order with me item by item to see what was still available.  Then, she upgraded me to two day delivery (so the ups would bring it) for free!  I just don't know where else you are going to recieve service like that.  Many times when I read complaints about a store, it's the customer's fault, or they are just not satisfied, even if a business has resolved the issue.  The people who complain about target's shipping should know that target often runs free shipping promotions.  Most people have never been in business for themselves and don't know how difficult it truly is.  Things are going to go wrong, it's how a place deals with these things that matters to me. 

Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Return Policy...

They dont tell you that even if the products are in the original boxes and wrapping, you cannot return the items even for store credit if its more than 35 dollars.  So, basically, if you buy someone a gift or recieve a gift bought From Target and want or need to return it, you are screwed if you dont have the reciept.  Huh, well I thought thats one of the reasons people buy from reputable places to begin with.  Well, we wont be buying from Target anymore.  I'll drive a little farther and go to WALMART.

Ordering was easy. Received a confirmation and shipping notice within 1-2 days. Package did not arrive after 2 weeks. 2 messages sent to Target.com. Replies basically said, it should come soon. After second message, Target says they will refund my shipping fee. Finally saw the package moving on UPS tracking yesterday (just picked up from facility) a full 16 days after order. I don't plan on using them again.

TERRIBLE! After you have gone through all the information setup they want, the item is shown as "no longer in stock". A waste of time.

I Shopped online for drinking glasses,2 were broken, and they replaced all of them.Customer Service was outstanding and fast for delivering them.

Target.com is the easiest website that I could manage. It is simple, basic and quick. Way better than Walmart. I will admit it, I am pro-Target over Walmart, for many reasons. Target isn't dirty, it carries stuff that lasts, it focuses on getting me in and out (every one reading this that has shopped at Walmart knows that their lines take hours, even days to get through. Meybe if the employees knew how to work the pc's, that might help...)

Well, anyway, Target.com is easy, and actually has stuff that the stores don't, which is nice. It also has some pretty good clearances. It, overall, is easy, and returning the stuff at the stores is just as easy as buying it!

After a terrible experience with walmart.com site-to-store, I ordered the same item from target.com (a kidcraft doll cradle). Although it was a little more expensive ($8), they offered free shipping (and I found a coupon code for 10% off online) and I actually received the item via UPS within two days! target.com did in two days what walmart.com couldn't do in four weeks. In addition, my target.com order was simple to place and took little to no effort on my part. Problems with my walmart.com order took up over 3 hours of my time.

In addition, I found the customer service to be excellent. When I e-mailed walmart.com customer service for HELP, I waited over 3 days for a response. When I e-mailed target.com to thank them and let them know that they saved our Christmas, I received a custom response within 1 hour.

Ordered items on Jan 29 totalling $127. Items shipped Feb. 3. They broke my order into 2 and I received on a week later. Still waiting on the other part of the order. I get a runaround from Customer Service and cannot get anyone to answer the toll free lines. My credit card has been billed and they refuse to give me a refund - I got an email stating that they "think" that my order is lost (Really!!) and thats it - no follow up or anything. Never shopping with them again

Well, I read the reviews ... but after I had purchased. I sure did not experience what was said. I ordered something that was only online. I was late in ordering (Christmas decoration) and they said 3 to 5 working days to ship and 5 to 7 working days to deliver. I ordered on a Thursday and received on Monday! Now that is pretty good. I got exactly what I ordered.

HORRIBLE! I love Target but will never purchase anything online from them again. Not only did it take way too long to receive my package but then they sent me the wrong item!!!
