I ordered a camera online on a Monday night about 10pm. My order was shipped Tuesday morn and Fedex pulled up to my door on Thursday morning with camera. I'm very satisfied with this company based on my one purchase from them. The price of my Casio z750 was great too.

I recently bought a Casio Exilim camera from this firm. It was completely hassle free and everything was quick and accurate. The camera arrived well packed all the way from the US to Australia. I'd certainly buy from them again.

I had previously had a really rough time with ordering things online, so I was skeptical to order from this company. However, I called them to get a feel for the company and was immediately set at ease. The man who answered the phone was SO NICE!! He offered me some of the best customer service! He walked me all the way through the ordering process and never once even tried to upsell me. He offered many different shipping rates (all of which were good deals). The camera I ordered came with a free extra battery, free LCD screen protector, and a free carrying case. The carrying case was on backorder, but he assured me it would be delivered to me as soon as they were in stock at no extra charge, and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. I got my package on time and I love it!!!!

Great camera. Came brand new sealed exactly as described. There were no calls after my purchase to upsell me like some of those other New York scams out there. Techtoys shipped out of California to me in Florida and it got here in 2 days.

I bought the Z1000 and chose USPS Express Mail. I called them right after to check if they could ship it out the same day. They said they would do their best and try...low and behold, I received my package from the postman at 11:30am the next day. Never have I received such FAST and friendly service before. The package arrived as advertised with all the retail stuff. I would buy here again.

This is a great company with good service. I bought a Casio Exilim EX-Z850 from them last week, it arrived in 2 days even though it was not rush delivery. The camera shoots pics and videos fine, but it had a problem not able to remember the settings. Every time I power off, it forgets all the language, timezone etc. TechToysForLess was quite courteous to answer me the questions, even though they have no obligation to do tech support. Eventually, they had to referred me to Casio. Casio told me to do a factory "reset" on the machine in the "Setup" menu, and that did it. Any way, I am quite happy with this company. Will buy from them again. Lucky I read comments from epinion.com beforehand. Nowadays, buying from the web is a risk, got caught by the "bait and switch" from FlashMemoryStore.com. FlashMemoryStore.com is a crook. Buy from TechToysForLess instead!

After dealing with places that claim to have lower prices and then sell cameras without the include items in the box and then jack up the price to include them or sell you cheaper lens as better but sell them to you for more or call back to get you to buy more and tell you the packages don't include essentials or objects that don't really go with your camera, techtoys was honest and in the long run the best deal in town.

5 STARS. The whole transaction went very smoothly. I spoke to them on Thursday morning, and had the camera in my hand on Tuesday afternoon. I would definately shop online with them again! Shopping for a Casio EX-Z850, I was wary at first given how low the prices are; it seemed to good to be true, and there are so many "back of the truck" online camera operations out there. I placed my order on Sept 13. They immediately sent an online confirmation after I placed the order, and quickly followed that with a shipping notice and USPS tracking number. Three days later, I received the package - new, in the box, everything delivered as promised!

My only wish is for Techtoysforless.com to carry more items. I will definitely shop with them again, and highly recommend for anyone looking for a credible online source for electronics at a really great price!

Ordered a Casio Exilim Z770 on 2/7/2007 arrived two days later. Shipping cost very reasonable and packaged safely. Very very good price on the camera. I definitely would buy from them again.

Competitive prices, one of the lowest available. Even though they are a smaller outlet, I picked them because they had more shipping options to choose from, and their shipping prices were more reasonable than others. They suggested Priority Mail for the quickest delivery at the best price, and they were right. Placed my order on Friday morning and had the camera Monday morning. Will definitely buy from TechToysForLess again.

Their website provided information necessary for accessories, etc. for purchasing a digital camera. This is my second order with this store. I found the employees very helpful with my first order as a first time customer protecting me from fraud in the use of my charge card. They were very helpful in advising me as to what to purchase at that time, too. I anticipate that my second order will arrive in good shape as the first order. Good site to work with as I ordered after store hours.

I'm really satisfied with the service provided by Tech Toys in my recent on-line purchase of a digital camera. The price was excellent (the best compared to the other prices shown in epinions), and the shipping cost (via UPS) was very good -my package arrived one day before expected-. The camera was as advertised, clearly brand new, and the packing job was perfect (the package got a hole, apparently during the shipment, but because of the extra padding, that didn't cause any damage to the camera).
If in the future I need any photography supplies, I'll be definitely be checking out Tech Toys again!

I ordered a casio point and shoot from TechToysForLess on Thursday Mar 13 at 10:30 PM. It arrived through USPS Priority mail on Monday Mar 17. Rarely have I ever had that kind of turn around in online purchases. I was expecting the typical sales call that comes with the territory of buying from camera websites, but they did not call or email me any high pressure sales offers. I got a great deal and fast delivery. What else can I say I was amazed.

Customer service representatives were very pleasant to speak to. Knowledgeable staff directed me to the product I wanted. Item was in stock and shipped out the next day and arrived brand new as advertised. Their prices cannot be beat, I just wished they carried more products!

This site always has a great selection of items. The checkout process was fast as I have used the site before and did not have to fill out all of the information again. After hearing of the upselling, and bait and switch operations, I found tecttoysforless. With a great price and atfer I learned that they are a member of the better buisness bureau, I decided to give them a shot.
I am very very critical of online stores, as I hear so many horror stories.
I am happy to report that I recieved my Sony DSC-T50 for the best true price online. Fast and reasonable shipping, brand new as advertised, what else can I say, they were great from beginning to end.
I look forward to any future purchases through them.

my 2nd purchase from techtoys .. previously purchased two digital cameras and have never been more than happy with the price, shipping and notifications. I haven't gotten one of those annoying upgrade calls other sites seem to be so fond of and rating sites have warned me off purchasing from those other bait and switch sites. techtoysforless is great and I would probably shop here again.

After researching a digital camera on a number of other retail and review sites, I chose to buy from TechToysforLess.com based on their price -- the lowest I could find -- as well as their in-stock status for this newly-released camera. This is the first time I ordered from them, and they were not yet reviewed here, but my experience was excellent. I received a prompt order confirmation, no annoying follow-up calls to upsell accessories, and received the product within about 3 business days.

One oddity: this outfit might be a bit "mom and pop" as the product arrived in a box padded inside with pages from that day's newspaper and no packing ship or receipt. Again, this was a non-issue since the product was new and in perfect condition, so it’s just something to bear in mind if you place an order.

What a pain. I HATE sites that do not have accurate status of what they have in stock. I wanted 3 Casio Exilim camera for under $200. I wanted different colors for each family member. I clicked on each color of the EZX1050 that I wanted and all showed the stats of IN STOCK. I placed the order for a blue, black, and pink one. SIX days later I get an email saying they only have the silver one in stock. Even now the website still shows all colors available. I refuse to do business with them in the future. I tried to order another model with different colors, same experience. Horrible experience.

Techtoysforless prides themselves on fast and accurate service, according to their website. however, they do not implement an automatic inventory tracking system. their product pages are hard-coded to say "in stock, ships the next day" for low-priced products (which show up first on product search engines). After i ordered the product (casio exilim EX-7V in silver), however, they said it was out of stock, and would i like the (more expensive) black version of the camera instead?

This is CLASSIC bait-and-switch. A deceptive sales practice that has been around for quite a while. You would expect it from some low-life dealers, but this place advertises across every once of its product pages how exemplary their customer service record is, including their Epinions certification.

Don't buy anything from these guys!

I ordered a camera and they shipped me the wrong one. It was a lower model than I paid for. I tried to contact them for several weeks. They did not answer the phone and finally when they did, told me that they would not exchange the camera for the right one.

The guy on the phone would not give me his name and threatened me.

NEVER again will I buy anything and I'm going to resort to legal means to get my Money back, if necessary.

Watch out for these guys.. I placed an order for the Exilim EX-Z75 and per the website the item was available. I checked out and got a confirmation for my order (11 a.m.). At around 10 p.m. I received an email stating that they did not have the item and that I would be put on a waiting list. The camera would be available 2 weeks later (early December). Emailed to cancel my order. I'm still waiting for confirmation of the cancellation.

I recently purchased a Casio Exilim EX-V7 from TechToysForLess.com. The camera failed within 3 weeks of delivery, and they refused to assist with a replacement, citing their 7 DAY return policy (http://www.techtoysforless.com/sales-policy-i-4.html).

Let the buyer beware.
