I ordered a casio point and shoot from TechToysForLess on Thursday Mar 13 at 10:30 PM. It arrived through USPS Priority mail on Monday Mar 17. Rarely have I ever had that kind of turn around in online purchases. I was expecting the typical sales call that comes with the territory of buying from camera websites, but they did not call or email me any high pressure sales offers. I got a great deal and fast delivery. What else can I say I was amazed.

After researching a digital camera on a number of other retail and review sites, I chose to buy from TechToysforLess.com based on their price -- the lowest I could find -- as well as their in-stock status for this newly-released camera. This is the first time I ordered from them, and they were not yet reviewed here, but my experience was excellent. I received a prompt order confirmation, no annoying follow-up calls to upsell accessories, and received the product within about 3 business days.

One oddity: this outfit might be a bit "mom and pop" as the product arrived in a box padded inside with pages from that day's newspaper and no packing ship or receipt. Again, this was a non-issue since the product was new and in perfect condition, so it’s just something to bear in mind if you place an order.

After dealing with places that claim to have lower prices and then sell cameras without the include items in the box and then jack up the price to include them or sell you cheaper lens as better but sell them to you for more or call back to get you to buy more and tell you the packages don't include essentials or objects that don't really go with your camera, techtoys was honest and in the long run the best deal in town.

Was an excellent experience. Fast and very reasonable priced shipping got the product to me as expected. Well packaged and professionally handled. I am glad they chose to use UPS instead of Fedex also.

Customer service representatives were very pleasant to speak to. Knowledgeable staff directed me to the product I wanted. Item was in stock and shipped out the next day and arrived brand new as advertised. Their prices cannot be beat, I just wished they carried more products!

I recently bought a Casio Exilim camera from this firm. It was completely hassle free and everything was quick and accurate. The camera arrived well packed all the way from the US to Australia. I'd certainly buy from them again.

I ordered a camera and they shipped me the wrong one. It was a lower model than I paid for. I tried to contact them for several weeks. They did not answer the phone and finally when they did, told me that they would not exchange the camera for the right one.

The guy on the phone would not give me his name and threatened me.

NEVER again will I buy anything and I'm going to resort to legal means to get my Money back, if necessary.

What a pain. I HATE sites that do not have accurate status of what they have in stock. I wanted 3 Casio Exilim camera for under $200. I wanted different colors for each family member. I clicked on each color of the EZX1050 that I wanted and all showed the stats of IN STOCK. I placed the order for a blue, black, and pink one. SIX days later I get an email saying they only have the silver one in stock. Even now the website still shows all colors available. I refuse to do business with them in the future. I tried to order another model with different colors, same experience. Horrible experience.

This site always has a great selection of items. The checkout process was fast as I have used the site before and did not have to fill out all of the information again. My order was delivered in 3 days, so I was happy about that. I got emails confirming the order and the shipment within 24 of the placing the order. I would recommend this site.

my 2nd purchase from techtoys .. previously purchased two digital cameras and have never been more than happy with the price, shipping and notifications. I haven't gotten one of those annoying upgrade calls other sites seem to be so fond of and rating sites have warned me off purchasing from those other bait and switch sites. techtoysforless is great and I would probably shop here again.

Techtoysforless prides themselves on fast and accurate service, according to their website. however, they do not implement an automatic inventory tracking system. their product pages are hard-coded to say "in stock, ships the next day" for low-priced products (which show up first on product search engines). After i ordered the product (casio exilim EX-7V in silver), however, they said it was out of stock, and would i like the (more expensive) black version of the camera instead?

This is CLASSIC bait-and-switch. A deceptive sales practice that has been around for quite a while. You would expect it from some low-life dealers, but this place advertises across every once of its product pages how exemplary their customer service record is, including their Epinions certification.

Competitive prices, one of the lowest available. Even though they are a smaller outlet, I picked them because they had more shipping options to choose from, and their shipping prices were more reasonable than others. They suggested Priority Mail for the quickest delivery at the best price, and they were right. Placed my order on Friday morning and had the camera Monday morning. Will definitely buy from TechToysForLess again.

I had previously had a really rough time with ordering things online, so I was skeptical to order from this company. However, I called them to get a feel for the company and was immediately set at ease. The man who answered the phone was SO NICE!! He offered me some of the best customer service! He walked me all the way through the ordering process and never once even tried to upsell me. He offered many different shipping rates (all of which were good deals). The camera I ordered came with a free extra battery, free LCD screen protector, and a free carrying case. The carrying case was on backorder, but he assured me it would be delivered to me as soon as they were in stock at no extra charge, and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. I got my package on time and I love it!!!!

Great seller. Fast, and accurate. Phone customer service was excellent. These guy are unbeatable in service and prices! Would definately recommend. Even a better deal now because they're offering it at no extra tax to me. I recieved the unit in less than a week.
