I was in a bind, my camera broke and needed one by Sunday pm--I ordered on sat (the day before) and received it--saved my life, saved me lots of money, got a printer and a visa gift card as a bonus. WHAT MORE COULD I ASK FOR!

I called them 5 times, never once were they annoyed, they were very helpful and understanding!

I ordered a Parker Pen with this merchant on September 20, 2005 with a three-day UPS delivery option. They took almost 24 hours to send me an Email with a tracking number. The delivery was scheduled for September 26. On September 23, I happily received my pen. I am ready to place another order with Best Things. They have the best price for Parker Pens

Purchased printer accessories for Canon CP-200 photo printer - was able to find and purchase the credit card size paper cassette and paper that I could not locate any other place. Reasonable prices, fast shipping. I will be ordering again.

I have placed several orders with "The Best Things" over the past several months. In each instance, the service was excellent. My orders arrived promptly, were securely packaged and were as they had been described in their literature.

I will not repeat the common comments in most of the other reviews here, except to say I got very fast service with my one order with these folks - they shipped the day after I ordered, and I ordered in the evening.

I will disagree with the point made by the lead reviewer that these guys are mainly good only for their specialty - antiques - and you are probably better off with the big boys for mass market products. I find this often not the case. I bought a knife set for about 25% less than the amazon price, shipping included. I am buying today an appliance for 15% less. I have seen other such examples.

I also appreciate the care with which they select what they will carry. I will certainly check this site in the future before making buying decisions.

The Best Things is simply the best online vendor I've dealt with. Placed my order of a Canon EOS Digital Rebel lens kit on Wednesday evening, got a confirmation call the following morning telling that my order had been processed and mailed. Then a few hours later got an email along with a UPS tracking number in it. Then finally today Friday, the camera is in my hands. Exactly what I ordered, right on time delivery, and Jodie -- the lady who called was very kind and helpful. Most importantly they had the best price: $50 off the average price on this $999 camera. I highly recommend The Best Things to everyone, and I would definitely shop with them again

When shopping for an expensive item, I checked with several sources. With some I am a repeat customer, and will remain so, while some were new. I found that The Best Things had a noticeable lower price on that item (Lie-Nielsen 4 1/2 plane) than the rest of the sources. I decided to give them a try. Late one evening I placed my e-order, and received a shipping confirmation at about noon the next day. The order arrived promptly and exactly as described on their web site. The packaging, too, was careful and very well done.
I am perfectly satisfied, and will return when shopping for something that they carry.

I searched the web for a Clifton #4 plane and Best Things had the best price and the lowest shipping. Also the item was the best packaged (for shipment) that I have ever received from any source. Only driving a Tank over that package would have allowed any damage to the contents. The plane was shipped within hours of my order (via UPS) and arrived in perfect condition.

Ordered on Feb. 21 and was received on Feb. 24 -- GREAT JOB

Am also very pleased with the quality of the Sculpture/carving tools I purchased.

On Monday afternoon I ordered some wood turning tools from The Best Things and by that evening my order was on the way. I received it Wednesday afternoon via UPS.
