Beware this place is a joke. It says on their website a 100% money back guarantee. Yhea right! Thats if they will answer your e-mails or phone calls. After 3 e-mails and two phone calls with messages left I still have yet to get a response. How can you get a return authorization # in order to try and return something when they dont answers your messages. It seems as though they are running some kind of scam in my opinion. Stay Away. There are better cigar companies out there.

I ordered cigars that were shown as in stock but ended up as back ordered. It has now been 6 days. When they come in it will be another 5 days for shipping. This is unacceptable. I never would have ordered that particular cigar and/or from this particular vendor. Other well known vendors show the item as out of stock. After all, this is the computer age and things can be adjusted quickly. I feel taken advantage of. No one answers the phone.

they suck, ,,do not buy the vanilla cigars, they burn hot, they suck, this company sucks huge, be careful as these cigars burn horrifically, this is like the fifth damn time ive tried to write this as this site as well sucks,. maybe all it desires is bulldookie happy reviews that lie to you.
