Broad selection of merchandise choices. Website user interface is intuitive enough to find what you're looking for. Value obtained on larger orders of merchandise due to S/H costs associated with orders. Merchandise was exactly as advertised and arrived on time as promised. I will use Tool King.com again.

Merchandise was damaged BEFORE it was packed for shipment. Also would not fit any Milwalkee tools, even though it had the same part # as the original batteries.
