Unfortunately, the Guardian Alert I purchased was defective. The manufacturer referred me back to Unbeatable Sales for a refund or replacement. Polly Whalen in customer service arranged for the Alert to be returned and I received a new, working replacement within a week; she was wonderful to work with. Read more
