PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I ordered a bookcase through Amazon on March 20th - they send me an email at the end of March stating that they are backordered and it will ship on April 5th - they send another email saying the item is now out of stock and not expected to arrive until May 7th! So almost two months later they might have my bookcase! I called their customer service, I keep hitting 2 to talk to customer service and it rings and who picks up? The main menu again, and again, and again, and I keep hitting two and get no one. I have never had an experience this bad on the internet, ever.

The prices were very competitive (which is why is chose to purchase this item from you. The time it took to get to me was reasonable. I am very happy with my food dehydrator.

I ordered a Learning Tower online and promptly received an email confirmation, followed by tracking information.  I knew exactly where my order was at all times and received it quickly.  The item arrived in perfect condition and our kids love it!  Owning an online business myself, this is the type of service I provide to my customers, but I rarely receive it from another company.  Your company shipped the product faster than most companies take to answer an email.
