This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had online. It makes me weary of shopping anywhere other than Amazon.com

I purchased a model plane from them. Two weeks after the purchase, I still had not received any e-mail update. I begin to wonder why I hadn't recieved anything from them.  They claim to have e-mailed me.  Long story short, they didn't ever know when the product would leave the warehouse and be shipped.
After 3 weeks of the run-around, I requested a full refund. It is now 2 weeks later and I am STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!  

I promise...... I will never purchase anything through them again.  All I can say is-----buyer beware!!!!

It was a very pleasant, painless transaction. They were very efficeint, professional and very courteous. I will do business with them again in a heartbeat.

It also had a great variety of items, and I would definitely shop here again (especially when looking for home accessories).
