We first ordered the coffee table, and it came nicked is several places, but we chose to keep it and not return it. Then, we ordered the matching end table and it was defective. One if the drill holes was off center and one was the wrong size. We couldn't put it together because of this. When I called to exchange (not return the item), it took 20 minutes to convince the customer service rep that we wern't assembling the table incorrectly (or need to talk to a technician), it was defective and we wanted another one. Very dissatisfied! They are now going to ship another table (after I wanted to speak with a manager.) So we will see. I would never purchase from this company again.

I had a major problem at checkout. The items I placed in my basket and the quantities and total price were correct when I put in my payment info and clicked the completion button. My receipt, however, showed that one of the items changed to 5 times the quantity and the credit card was charged accordingly. I immediately called them and they corrected the error and gave me an additional discount for my trouble. While they handled the error very well, and were very nice in doing so, I felt that the error should not have happened in the first place.
All my items arrived on time and in good condition.

I ordered a bagless vacuun cleaner with a 54ft. cord. and recived a vacuum cleaner that needed a bag and had a 20ft. cord. I exchanged it for the one I needed. Spoke with customer service. Very nice, she gave me a 15% off my purchase.

I spent hours considering various chandaliers and placed a good faith order. I provided all my personal credit card information as requested. Days later I received an email saying the item was discontinued. Although this is frustrating for me, I understand that the item being discontinued is beyond this merchant's control. However, taking customer's credit card information when they don't even know if they have access to the item is unacceptable. I feel very uneasy about providing ny credit card information for no reason. Consequently, I would never order from this website again.

I may be taking this survey too soon as it's only been a couple days sicne I placed my order. I ordered this same unit before though and was happy with it. Additional, I was given a coupon for this merchant, which I used at this purchase. The coupone price was taken off when I ordered the product and I didn't need to worry about a mail in rebate or phone call.
