I ordered a poker set as a secret-santa gift at work. It was a last-minute gift idea, so I was down to the wire with my order. I decided to call UnbeatableSale to see if they would be able to ship my order on time... they were able to contact the warehouse (in P.A.).... The warehouse quickly confirmed that they would be able to ship my order promptly. Long story short, the friendly customer service agent helped assure me the gift would arrive in time. Sure enough it did. All in all, the staff was friendly and helpful. Product arrived promptly, intact, etc. Would definitely order from UnbeatableSale again in the future.

Overall, my experience was positive. However, I did feel the delivery speed could have been better. I also experienced some delay when contacting customer service.

Found the site on Google Product search for about $20 less than what the same item was listed for on other sites.  Free shipping landed the item on my door step a few days later. Shopping Unbeatable Sale was the best online shopping expierence I've ever had. I Had the order very quickly and it was just as I thought it would be. In fact I got my order so quickly I wasn't even expecting it when it arrived. And it was at such a great price I couldn't pass on it, I had spent weeks looking in stores and catologs as well as the internet for a wireless rain guauge that was reasonably priced and looked like it could stand being outside. I bought from it at the first of December planning on pushing getting my order in time for christmas but that was far from the truth, cause like I stated before I had the order before I knew it! I the worried that rain gauge might not work properly but that too is the farthest thing from the truth, my dad who I gave it to for christmas is so happy with it and says it works great!! I tell all my friends about it when they are looking for hard to find items or a good deal on stuff. And I plan on shopping there again.

The delivery speed was really excellent: I was first afraid when they called me to say that the product I had ordered was not in stock but they obtained it very quickly and delivered it even faster than I had required, not charging me for the fast delivery! very efficient customer service ! will buy again in your web site.

I ordered from them and they promised to deliver in several days. Two weeks later I got my first call from them, actually someone else in my company got a call. They dialed the wrong extension but didn't care and just told that person all about their shipping problems. Luckily he told me and I called back and told them "deliver any time, there is always someone there". Two weeks after that someone else at my company got a call and their customer service person hassled them saying "we're going to charge you double shipment for shipping it there and back!" (Yes this new co-worker had no idea what they were talking about.) 5 weeks in now and the two-day shipment is long forgotten. They've never attempted a delivery but have demonstrated their abysmal customer service to many random people they called.
