The Bissell steam cleaner 7901 was delivered promptly. Not only was the price unbeatable, but the product is perfect. I was skeptical...the cleaner had a small pickup container and looked like a lot of plastic. But, I will never rent another clunky hardware machine again. This unit cleans better, leaves carpet dryer, and is a breeze to use. And there is no reason to look farther than VCD. I only leave feedback on eBay, but this deal is worth the effort.

After choosing a vacuum I then tried to find best deal and a trust worthy business. Found DealTime.com was the best site. The site gave me different places to review. I chose VCD and did order Hoover upright U6660-990 from them. Ordered vacuum on Monday and vacuum was at the house Thursday evening. Thought we had a good canister vacuum, but this Hoover has picked up dirt the canister was not. Very east to clean and much easier to vacuum with the self propelled motor. This vacuum, I think, cannot be beat. Have had it a month and I am glad we decided on this one. I do not think there is a better one out there...

I called their number, hoping to phone in the order but they explained that the phone number is only used for problem resolutions. The item I ordered came exactly when promised BUT .....
The vacuume cleaner was shipped in the box that the manufacturer packages the unit in.
NO ADDITIONAL PROTECTION TO THE PACKAGE WAS PROVIDED.
The box was in fair condition and luckily the unit worked and nothing was broken.
If I were to purchase another item from them I would call them first and ask them to package the unit for shipping.

The vacuum I ordered was out of stock. They should have noted that on their website. They said it would take two weeks to receive shipment. It took three weeks. Website is very easy to navigate with search options that work. VCD works at consistency of data entry to keep things smooth on the site, something many others forget. Prices are lower in almost all cases, even with shipping, which is very reasonably priced.
VCD also carries items that are not very common, such as (vapor)steam cleaners, with several models to choose from.
