Visual Apex Rocks! My plasma arrived in a perfect box, but the glass was shattered. I called VA and their first response was one of genuine sympathy for my disappointment, followed by immediate action to get me a replacement ASAP. The only conflict that I had with this company is that they require the shipping address to be the same as the billing address.
