Exceeded my expectations

I was very reluctant to make such a large purchase from an on-line merchant, however, based on the many positive reviews and excellent price, I decided to purchase a 50" Panasonic from VisualApex. The entire purchasing experience was beyond my expectations with personal phone calls confirming my order, order status emails, prompt delivery (1 week), and a follow up email to find out if everything was okay.
I recently made a second purchase of a 42" Panasonic Plasma. This purchase experience was the same, if not better, with a ship date on a Monday and a delivery four days later.
I have recommended VA to other friends and they have had similar positive experiences. I consider VisualApex to be an excellent vendor.

I purchased a Panasonic TH-42PHD6UY from Visual Apex. I was extremely pleased with the customer support and follow-up on my order. They were always very knowledgeable, competent and honest from the start. While making this type of purchase, I am very satisfied that I chose VA as I have always felt that my business was important to them. I bought a Sanyo PLV-70 projector, a spare bulb, and upgraded my Da-lite Cosmopolitan screen to 16x9. Visual Apex was on my final list of vendors because they were tied for lowest price with low-priced shipping, but I was surprised to find good service. When I called about the screen they didn't try to sell me a new expensive screen and they first were going to cut me a custom cloth and later they found out about a standard da-lite upgrade which saved me money.

My 42" plasma display arrived quickly and in good condition

I called Visual Apex to order a Panasonic EDTV plasma display because the price was good. I generally order from big name outfits like Crutchfield because I know they are dependable. The price difference was significant, however, so I took a chance. The woman I spoke with at Visual Apex was knowledgeable. I was concerned about damage during shipment to an expensive piece of electronic equipment. She allayed my fears. The display arrived at the time I was told it would and it was in good condition. The triple box in which it was packaged was easy to open and clearly protected the contents. I am happy with the purchase and would deal with Visual Apex again.

Excellent seller. Their initial deal had an additional year of express exchange warranty on the BENQ 6200 I bought, and that was a clincher. Their staff kept me up on the shipment status of the projector, and they've followed up unobtrusively since then. I'd strongly recommend them.

Maybe you've been there before... You place an order online and you get the customary "Thank you for your order". A few days go by and doubts start to enter your mind... Has my order been shipped? Did they have the product in stock? Where are these people anyway? Well, Visual Apex leaves no room for doubt by following up with the best customer service I've ever experienced from an online vendor. From start to finish the experience could not have been better.

I bought the Sanyo PLV Z1 after much research, deciding only to buy what would best utilized by current mainstream sources.
So I go with Visual Apex. I had questions on other models and they answered quickly and best of all, simply. No convoluted queries to try to get me to buy anything extra I wouldn't purchase with my own volition.
After making my decision, purchase and receiving my item, they made sure that I could depend on them for any solutions to any problems I may ever encounter.

Outstanding support from Visual Apex in purchasing Panasonic plasma display + cabling and assisting in determining how Home Theatre system is to be set up using Comcast HD signal. Needed assistance in cabling types to purchase in connecting Comcast with new display and existing Onkyo HTIB system -- with objective of having a higher-end Home Theatre system. Visual Apex went overboard in assisting, providing exact instructions on what to purchase and how to connect. Products arrived when promised. Shipping/receiving of new display was also made very easy. Very happy with all aspects of service received from Visual Apex's sales, technical and customer service departments.

I had a very good experience getting a Panasonic AE700 from Visual Apex. They had the same price as most other stores (this projector is a very hot item at this time), but they agreed to send me the projector with the 3 day shipping option, I only paid the difference between the regular shipping cost and the express one since they offered the free ground shipping. They called again to make sure I was satisfied and see if I had any questions.

"The perfect internet transaction. Found Sanyo video projector using Froogle, used the web site and ordered. Screwed up the delivery address in my order and had to email to sort it out (heart sinks at what this might entail)... immediate response from customer service who had fixed my screw up (yei!). Visual Apex provided prompt communication, shipping was conducted the next business day. In an unusual but welcome suprise, ground shipping to Alaska was free, without the usual "extra" charges imposed by other vendors. I would highly recommend this company for internet purchases.

After installing the unit and hooking up Cable TV, a 4" feint green bar scrolled vertically on the unit. After placing a phone call into Apex about a possible damaged unit, I was contacted the following morning by a Tech to help troubleshoot the issue. Documents were emailed on common cause and resolutions regarding my display problems I described, and sure enough the feedback was being caused by the Cable company's signal into the DVR unit (coax). Plasma unit works great, customer service was outstanding and the unit arrived in perfect condition. I'm now trying to get the display issue resolved working with my Cable company.

Ordering, the product, and the price were all great. But shipping was awful! Ended up having to deal with 2 subcontracted shippers and was never informed by Visual Apex about the details of how the product was shipped. I had to make 4 calls and reschedule delivery twice just to get a valid delivery date. Then the shipping company was 3 hours late and wanted to leave a 200 pound item at the end of my driveway on a rainy day! Shiping policies and scheduling should be made much, much clearer!!!
