I too wished I had read reviews before going through this agonizing experience. I ordered a Sony camcorder online and had to call to confirm my order. When I refused to buy additional accessories, they hung up. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited 2 weeks and called back to check on my order. I was hung up on twice before someone would complete a conversation with me. I gave them my order number and they said it's on back order. I asked this prick to tell me what I ordered and I couldn't believe that he wouldn't tell me. He said "I don't have to tell you, you already know." I asked what kind of a joke is this and he called me a wise guy and said it's a free country and he doesn't have to tell me anything. Then he said, you want to be like that, fine your order is canceled. Wouldn't believe it if it didn't happen to me. Lesson to all, do whatever research you can before making online purchases.

I was about to buy a camera from this website because of the suspiciously low price that it had. When i called to ask if it was refurbished or if anything was wrong and if it was in stock the sales representitive replied " No, it will not ship with in 48 hours, it will never ship." I then asked why not? and he replied "because you called and asked stupid questions do you think i'm gunna sell a camera to a person who asks stupid questions? have a good night" and then he hung up on me.

THen i called customer service to complain about this JERK, i started to explain and the customer service rep asked me my name, i told it to him and then he immidiately replies "your order has been cancelled" I DIDNT EVEN ORDER ANYTHING!

THis is not A real company they are TERRIBLE. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. READ THESE REVEIWS AND BELEIVE THEM. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have one piece of advice. IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A CAMERA, ETC. BECAUSE OF THEIR CHEAP PRICE- GO AHEAD AND BUY IT- BUT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. THEY WILL GET YOU ON THE ACCESORIES!!!!!!!!I bought an acessory for $75 and found the same thing for $25 on the interntet. THE SALESMAN WILL LIE AND TELL YOU HE'S GIVING YOU A GREAT PRICE AND IF YOU DON'T FIND IT'S A GREAT PRICE YOU CAN RETURN IT. WHAT HE DOESN'T TELL YOU IS YOU HAVE TO SEND BACK THE CAMERA AS WELL AND PAY A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

Great low price, if they let you buy the product. Shortly after ordering a Canon video camera, I received a "confirm address" phone call. I've had this type of call before from on-line merchants and it inevitably turns from a "confirm address" to "buy additional products" call. This time was no different, except the sales person (who I suspect is the owner) wouldn't take no for an answer regarding buying additional batteries and tapes. He was rude and derogatory to the point where I ended up canceling the order. I'd never shop here again!

I agree with all the negative posts regarding this fraudulent web store. I too saw an advertisement for a camcorder that I thought was a steal at the price quoted but when I placed my order the salesperson(jim/sam)stated that I needed to buy more items because he was giving me a good deal. When I said no to the accessories for the thousanth time he changed his tone and became rude and abusive. How unprofessional, this place is a true bait and switch scam business. This place sounded like a backyard store and when I told him what I thought of him(due to his comments) he stated he had all my info and would pass it out all over the web. Now the've become criminals!

NEVERNEVERNEVER.......this place is like the "Soup Nazi" from Seinfeld. If I weren't so mad, it would be funny.

Cheaters, thieves.............would not cancel our order - tried to charge 20% fee and the order had not even been shipped yet. Threatened to call the police on my daughter if she canceled order..............I told them to go ahead. This is unbelievable....still haven't received the camera or refund......we'll see where this goes. It ain't gonna' be pretty..........

these guys SUCK!! no confirmation of order; I was told my Canon Powershot A95 camera would ship within 48 hours. I called back to get a tracking number 5 days later, and was abruptly told "Back ordered. Two weeks at least." When I started to ask why I wasn't notified, the guy cut me off, finished the question for me and said "I know, I know. I don't care" and hung up. I called back to cancel, and as soon as I told (the same guy) him who I was & that I wanted to cancel, I heard "Good! Cancelled" and the prick hung up again.

Have you been scammed by WaWa Digital/Stop4Camera? I was to the tune of $200 unauthorized charges on my Visa card before I found out and blocked it. Found these guys online with their seemingly low prices and made the mistake of giving them my card number. The next day I cancelled my order after reading their reviews and not getting notification of my purchase. I live in Oregon and soon found charges to may card made by someone on the East coast (my only card transaction in weeks)???? The guy even had the balls to use my card to open an account on singlepartentmeet.com and create a profile with the name ABBEY in New Jersey. We should all call and e-mail these guys every day until they have such a volume that they are forced to leave this business. Take a look at their physical address on Google Earth. Again, lets disrupt their scam with calls, calls, calls and e-mails infinitum.

I called to confirm my order and the sales guy tried to "trick" me into spending more money. A couple days later, I noticed that I hadn't been charged for my item. I emailed customer service and never heard back.

Finally, I called and was told that my order was canceled. The item was out of stock. Gee, i wish that they would have told me that.

Rude and horrible service.

Fast talking salesman, I wanted a specific battery charger to go with my camera order the sales person said they could match it. I asked a couple of times if it was the specific model # that I wanted. Phoned the shipping dept next day to confirm what was being shipped was told order was already shipped & they don't carry the charger I wanted, shipper indicated I was getting 2 battery chargers with order. (2 wrongs make 1 right I guess). Told shipper I would not accept order when received, was given verbal abuse F#$@ing looser etc, was told I would be charged a 30% restocking fee & that he would destroy my credit rating.
I did get a full refund & was told a letter of apology would be coming but haven't seen it yet probably won't.

True scumbags work in this place. The rudest and most ignorant jerk who labelled himself "manager" I've ever encountered. I would definitely avoid this joint like the plague that it is, unlike those rah-rah cheerleading fake posts that give this store maximum score. Seems like they only sell when they feel like it, because when you call back they'll either push other merchandises, most likely batteries that should come with the original package, or they conveniently run out of stock.

This was my first order with wawadigital and the process was painless. Fair price, prompt shipment, delivery as promised. What more could one ask for? Will shop here again!

Their website was easy to navigate and buying was as smooth. Their price was the cheapest among other name brand companies. The delivery was earlier than expected. The piece od merchandise came in excellent condition. My experience with wawadigital was a positive one

Ordered 3 items. While they were shipped individually, I still gave them a 5 because the experience was smooth. Will definitely shop here again.
