It was OK after I got past the confusion they created at first. I would recommend that they don't start right out telling the clients that a product is not in inventory. That sounds like back order to me. I don't back order things. I was going to cancel the order right then, but I decided to wait ubtil the next day so I could call in and cancel my order. But, the next day they seemed to be some movement towards shipping my order. Read more

My questions were not answered satisfactorily and then was treated extemely rudely by the representative, followed by a hang up. The site was great, the rep sucked. I didn't like it and won't go back, as a frequent shopper I don't like to wait 2-3 days to find out if my credit was approved or not, by then I had already purchsed and been approved by another major carrier, and it only took like 5 minutes, not 3 days! So, NO THANK YOU! Read more

It was highly unaccetable . The phone sent was a used one. A guarantee was asked that the replaced phone shall be new. Nobody in the company was willing to give the guarantee. The service was worst ever becoz it made me go through differnt channels but with no results. Even the executives were contacted but all they did as give false promises.Once they said they would email the gurantee and the other executive said that the manager wold contact me withingt eh next 46 hrs. Niether of these happens. The compnay and their satisfaction gurantee in all is a sham. Read more

Wirefly is wonderful!!!! Sprint rep was very stupid when I called. Activated phone without my permission and now previous carrier will charge me fees for 8 day early termination because of this man at sprint. Terrible experience. Read more
