Wirefly

My experience shopping was great. The bad part occured when i received my phone and misunderstood the policy. They neglected to tell me that if you are a Cingular customer you can't port your phone number, and that if you do they will charge you $250 extra for your phone and keep the rebate they said you'd get on the phone.
Ok they did have it somewhere that i had to check a box or so they tell me, but be aware! Cingular numbers they will not port. They will charge you $250.

My online purchase experience with Wirefly was excellent. Every step i.e order processing, shipping, delivery, information was executed with absolute perfection and clockwork precision. The purchase was a wonderful experience in as much as I could purcahse cell phone services with a click of a button. I appreciate the excellent customer service. Please keep it up. Me and my friends definitely look to buy more from Wirefly in future.

The phone came on time. This is the only thing they actually did right. They failed to honor their rebate commitment. I would never recommend them to anyone. Beware

The offers they give are great. Ordering the phones/plans is a breeze. E-mails at every stage of the order process. Incredibly fast shipping. Would most definatly do business again and recommend to anyone.

Horrible experience.  Run from these people, don't trust them.  Answered a 24 hour phone upgrade for present ATT customers for 2 free phones.  My phones were up for upgrade.  They tried to change my plan around, make me pay for this and that.  I gave them thier promo code and they at first "could not find it".  Then they did the song and dance routine.  Run away as fast as you can!  Thank God ATT was there to protect my plan.

My experience with Wirefly was one of my worst shopping experiences ever from trouble activating the phone because Wirefly could not seem to push the order through properly.  We were promised fee activation that was then not honored by Wifefly.  The representatives were not very helpful, and there was a serious communication barrier which did not make the situation any better.

I have bought a LG VX8600 phone June 24th 2007 at Wirefly. I have not yet received my rebate so far. I have filed and insisted via email and they have promised me several times that I would get the rebate but I have never received the check so far.

The rebate center has filed chapter 11. It looks like they have never intended to pay the rebate. Customer service says rebates will take as long as 3 month.

I should have bought at Amazon; they had the same price. Wirefly offered a $ 20 value towards accessories. They never honored this value towards accessory either.

well this was my frist time geting anything from wirefly the customer service was really nice and helpful,the order of accuracy was reaLLY good, overall everthing been great, 100% Happy

I got the phones within an week and they are already activated. I got T-Mobile's 700 Minute Family plan. The only thing I wish I was provided was an option to keep my old phone number. I completed the order on-line.
I wonder whether I'll be able to do that had I ordered by phone.

I would highly recommend Wirefly for purchasing a cell phone. I purchased my Motorola Razr from Wirefly @ 8:30am on Sunday, received approval for my TMobile account at 9:15am, my phone was shipped the next day and was delivered the next day, except for FEDEX Home, which was a completely unorganized and incompetent.

After my order, I was HORRIFIED to find that while my new phone was being shipped, my phone number had been ported immediately. That means that for 5 days, I was without a phone. It was COMPLETELY unacceptable. Their phone based customer service (when I finally found it) was useless, and geared for European customers (there were recordings in French?!?!?). I finally got an email back from support, and there was some lame excuse about historical data. I asked for my shipment to be expedited, and was ignored. I would stay away, and pay the extra money for a handset.

Excellent experience in purchasing two cell phones at Wirefly. The only negative was the "accent" of the customer service representative, who was very hard to understand on the telephone.

The shipment was very fast and accurate. I have already sent them another customer and will remember them for my next purchase.

Bought 2 Cingular 2125's on 2 yr agreements. Number port requested but they screwed up and issued new phone numbers instead. Thirty minutes with Customer Service left me annoyed and with no progress. Cingular fixed that issue. Promised unlocked phones for international use but delivered locked phones. Another frustrating 30+ min on phone with Customer service with lots of run around and again, no progress. Both reps seemed to have trouble understanding basic concepts and were very confrontational, quite different from other Indian based call centers I have called. I have requested the unlock codes from Cingular. If I don't get them I will return everything. Expecting issues getting a refund if I have to do that.

I recommend shopping at Wirefly to the fullest. They have great prices. Fast delivery. They sayd it will arrive in 2 days and I got it exactly on 2 days. I already tell all my friends to shop there. And with out a doubt i will purchase from WireFly.com again and nowhere else

If you are trying to purchase/renew wireless phone plan via Wirefly, and you were promised any rebates, or you were told that you will get free upgrade without activation fee, you'd better enter 'Wirefly Scam' in Google search. You will see lots of complains against the cheating and scams of this company. I can assure you that the same old scam tricks are still there. I've just gone through this terrible experience. This company is full of cheating and liars. I just can't understand why big company like AT&T still uses Wirefly as the thirty party to allow it to cheat and trick the customers.

I was tricked into renewing two year AT&T wireless contract when they called me and told me that they were AT&T representatives. It turned out what they told about rebates and waived activation fees are not true. The worst part was they kept on cheating you when you called them inquiring about the rebate. I can't believe they have been doing this old tricks and scams for a few years, and they are still there. I wish I googled 'wirefly scam' earlier.
