I would rate this company outstanding for it's order fulfillment process, communications, tracking, and price. This was my first purchase so I didn't know what to expect. But the way this order was handled exceeded my expectations. My hat's off to a company whose ownership stays this involved and is so connected with the customer. Thanks.

I told the president of the company that one of the CD turntables did not work. He told me he would not help me and that I should contact the manufacturer, Denon. Denon said that it is usually the merchant that handles equipment that does not work out of the box but that Denon would help me if the merchant would not. I told Steve, the president, and he said I was "amusing." He refused to help me. Denon took care of the problem. I am going to the Better Business Bureau with this issue.

DJ Deals really came through for me where local companies failed miserably. I was really in a bind because no counterweight = unusable turntable. Service was fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

the product arrived on time and all, but the quality wasn't worth the price. i would have paid, at most, $150 for the quality the supplied, but they charged $399.
