Excellent service and inventory. The only thing that I am not too keen on is the $10 charge for rush processing. It almost comes off as if I don't pay the $10 fee, the order will be kicked to the side for several days. There are vendors out there who make it a point to ship out the merchandise the same day, if it is in stock, without charging extra. Perhaps DJDeals should consider doing away with this option. Just a thought.

The site has a good selection of merchandise and an average service to customers. I found that the messages that I was sent via email were confusing, and that the links for tracking the order didn't work... All in all an ok experience

Everything went smoothly except the website does not list the status of an item, ie. in stock or back ordered. After submitting payment the shopper will learn if something they just purchased is available or not.

The merchandise arrived in excellent condition. I ordered it online on a Wednesday afternoon and the merchandise was on my doorstep on Friday. Less than 48 hours! Amazing!. I'm very satisfied.

It was good. The website is easy to navigate, large pictures, good descriptions, decent prices, in fact, there are some good deals. One thing I really like is that there's free shippin' on everythin'. My order was shipped on time. I will shop there again. Why not?
